[Prior art]

It is customary in Japan to take off footwear indoors and replace them with slippers. In long-distance travel vehicles, take off your shoes and replace them with slippers to rest your legs. In hospitals, etc., visitors use the same slippers repeatedly. These are unsanitary and should be avoided if possible. As a means of solving these problems, there are disposable slippers made of inexpensive resin, but there are many slippers that have poor cushioning due to the fact that the soles are easy to bend and the thinness of the fabric makes them difficult to wear. Also, it was difficult to treat because it could not be incinerated because it was made of resin.

[Means for Solving the Problems]

In order to solve the problem, the disposable slipper of the present invention is a slipper having a double slipper bottom and a backing member, the backing material is made of paper, and the double slipper bottom is manufactured from plant fiber. The upper sheet made of corrugated cardboard and the lower sheet made of cardboard paper are joined together. It is characterized in that a hard vegetable thin plate member is sandwiched and joined to the bonding surface of the upper sheet and the lower sheet.

[0005] Such a disposable slipper maintains the cushioning property by the gap formed by the corrugated grooves between the paper layers of the cardboard paper, and eliminates the drawback that the thin plate member sandwiched between the slipper bottoms easily prays and bends.

The disadvantage of slippage, which is a drawback of paper products, due to friction between the floor surface and the sole surface due to the frictional force of the corrugated grooves on the surface of the cardboard paper is eliminated.

[Embodiment of the invention]

An embodiment of the disposable slipper of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in the perspective view of FIG. 1, the slipper includes a slipper bottom in which an upper sheet 3 and a lower sheet 2 are overlapped, a thin plate member 1 sandwiched between two layers, and a band-shaped upper back 4. The slippers are paired according to the shape of the left and right feet, but slippers having the same shape on the left and right are also possible. The upper back 4 is a member made of paper or cloth-like non-woven fabric, and the upper back 4 has an open fingertip, but may be covered.

The upper sheet 3 of the slipper bottom is made of corrugated cardboard paper in which cardboard is attached to one or both sides of corrugated paper. In the present embodiment, single-sided cardboard paper in which cardboard is laminated on one side is used. It is necessary that the upper sheet 3 has a surface shape that does not slip easily at the portion where it comes into contact with the foot. The frictional force is obtained by making the corrugated groove of the cardboard paper the surface.

As the lower sheet 2 of the slipper bottom, cardboard paper in which cardboard is laminated on one side or both sides of corrugated paper is used. In the present embodiment, a single-sided cardboard paper in which cardboard is laminated on one side is used. The corrugated grooves in the corrugated cardboard contact the floor and increase the frictional force that does not slip. It is desirable that the bottom be treated to prevent water from entering and leaving the wet floor.

[0010] The thin plate member 1 of the present invention is bonded and built into the bonding surface of the double slipper bottom. The thin plate member 1 is optimally made of bamboo, which has a suitable elasticity and can be easily obtained at low cost. The skin of Moso bamboo and the like is 1 cm wide and the length is equal to the slipper bottom, and it is thinly peeled off to a thickness of 2 mm, embedded in the center of the slipper bottom and bonded. Bamboo made of natural material does not emit harmful substances when incinerated after use.

The upper back 4 is bonded between the upper sheet 3 and the lower sheet 2 on the same surface as the thin plate member 1. There is no need to sew by bonding. The upper back 4 is made of paper or non-woven fabric, and when pressed down from above, it becomes a thin plate with the bottom of the slipper and can be easily stored in a packaging container without being bulky for carrying.
