Description
【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、体積の大きい軽いメタル製クラブヘッドに関する考案です。
メタル（チタン、チタン合金、ステンレス、アルミ合金及びジュラルミン）製 クラブヘッドは体積が大きくなるにしたがい構成金属量に限界があるため、その クラブヘッド殻の構成肉厚がうすくなり打球の衝撃に耐える強度が弱くなります 。耐打球強度を維持する殻構造肉厚でクラブヘッドを形成するとクラブ全体構成 に於けるヘッド重量が規準重量をこえて重くなります。
この考案は、耐打球強度を維持する殻構成金属肉厚でありながら、クラブヘッ ドの上部面殻、側周部面殻の一部及びクラブヘッドの対打球に関する力学的見地 から見た必要箇所に、あらゆる工作手段により、丸形、各種方形及び多角状の複 数個の孔を設けることにより、軽量化をはかり、クラブ製作上の希望重量にて、 大きな体積のメタル製クラブヘッドを製作します。尚、打球に与える影響度を考 慮し、打球効果の期待に答えるように製作者意図を実現します。
本案のメタル製クラブヘッドでは、設計自由度が多様化し、プレイヤーが希求 するクラブの条件を、あらがじめ準備した部品でプレイヤー自身が微調整するこ とも可能です。尚、クラブヘッドに設けた複数個の孔埋め部品で埋めるものとし ます。
