2. Description of the Related Art Numerous methods have been proposed for non-contact detection of the position and displacement of an object using a CCD (solid-state image sensor). For example, JP-A-63-175756
Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. H11-163873 discloses a technique in which the position of a shadow of a sample end irradiated by a lamp is captured as direct light by a CCD camera and displacement of the sample at each temperature is detected. When the number of samples to be detected is one or several, the position and displacement can be detected only by the CCD camera.
If the number of non-detected objects increases, the outlines of the objects overlap, or if the background is complicated, it becomes difficult to distinguish the background from the object. It was difficult to apply when trying to recognize.

In step S1, the CCD camera 1 and the thermoviewer-4 are activated to detect various data of a human body in a predetermined room by each of them, thereby recognizing the human body. Next, in step S2, the data of step S1 is analyzed by the EWS 9 to recognize the behavior of the human body (moving speed, stop time, face direction). At this time, the temperature of the skin surface of each part of the human body is simultaneously measured by the thermoviewer-4, and this is measured by the EW.
The arithmetic processing is performed in S.

Next, in step S4, the comparing means 11 compares the pre-registered room data and individual medical record data with the human body data obtained in steps S2 and S3. When the data match, there is no abnormality or danger in the human body, and the process returns to step S1 to recognize the human body again. On the other hand, when these data do not match, in step S5, the abnormality in the human body in the room or When the danger is recognized, the notification device 12 is operated to make an emergency call to the related department.

As described above, according to the present invention, the behavior of the living body is recognized by the image analysis of the thermo-viewer and the CCD camera, and the skin surface temperature of each part of the living body is measured. Not only abnormal heat generation but also unnatural postures and movements can be detected. This will notify the relevant departments when the body is abnormal or in danger. Not only is it possible to immediately recognize physical abnormalities and notify emergency departments and hospitals and other relevant departments, but also to immediately notify parents and guardians when a baby enters a dangerous area. The effect is that the range of use as a notification system is large.
