ス供給設備のガス圧を検出するガス圧力センサと、前記
ガス供給設備を流れるガス流量を検出するガス流量検出
手段と、ガスの使用が停止された場合、前記ガス流量検
出手段からの信号を受けて作動する計時手段及び、前記
ガス圧力センサからの信号を記憶する閉塞圧記憶手段
と、前記計時手段からの信号に基づいて前記ガス圧力セ
ンサの信号と前記閉塞圧記憶手段に保持された圧力値と
を比較するガス圧比較手段から構成されたガス供給設備
異常検出装置。
1. A gas pressure sensor for detecting a gas pressure of a gas supply facility provided downstream of a gas pressure regulator, a gas flow rate detecting means for detecting a gas flow rate flowing through the gas supply facility, and the use of gas.
