嵌着する摘み回動部材7と、この摘み回動部材の裏側に
一体的に設けられ、かつ、周面にツク11並びに複数個の
係合歯12が形成された第1の係合体8と、摘み回動部材
の回動操作により回動するように前記外筒部材に内装さ
れ、かつ、一端面に第1の係合体の前記ツクと係合する
被係合突片14を有し、一方、他端面に複数個の係合歯15
が形成された筒状の第2係合体13と、前記摘み回動部材
7を回動し任意の暗証番号に変換する際に、前記複数個
の係合体8、13と分離するように外筒部材に内装され、

係合体13の係合歯15にそれぞれ係合する被係合歯18、21
