となって囲い壁7と底板6とで内方に開口したコ字状収
納部9を形成しており、そのコ字状収納部9に足元ヒー
タ用電熱線10が配設され、この足元ヒータ用電熱線1
0はガード用金網11でカバーしてある。前記手摺8の
内部には手摺ヒータ用電熱線12が配設され、この手摺
用電熱線12と前記足元ヒータ用電熱線10はコード2
0で前記走行台車1に設けたコンセント21に接続し、
このコンセント21は走行台車1の凹部1a内に設けら
れ、その凹部1aはカバー22で開閉可能となってい
る。前記コード20は昇降機構2を構成するリンク2a
に沿って配設してある。前記手摺8には操作ボックス1
3がフック14で吊り下げてあり、この操作ボックス1
3にはヒータスイッチ15と走行台車操作スイッチ16
等が設けてある。17は底板6の補強フレームである。
なお、走行モータ用電熱線10と手摺用電熱線12は電
