[Embodiment] As shown in FIG. 1, a work platform 3 is attached to a traveling carriage 1 by a lifting mechanism 2 so as to be able to move up and down. The work platform 3 is formed in a downward U-shape around a square floor 4 by a pipe. Each of the handrails 5 is attached to each other. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a plurality of heaters 6 which are long in the front-rear direction are mounted on the lower surface of the floor 4 at intervals in the left-right direction. The heaters 6 are covered with a cover 8 via a heat insulating material 7. It is. The heat insulating material 7 may not be provided. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the handrail 5 is formed in a downward U-shape by a pair of vertical pipes 9, 9 and a horizontal pipe 10, and is attached to the left and right edges and the front and rear edges of the rectangular floor plate 4, respectively. Horizontal pipe 1 of handrail 5 attached to front and rear edges
Reference numeral 0 denotes a pair of end pipes 12 and 12 fixed to the intermediate pipe 11 and the vertical pipe 9. A cylindrical body 13 having a larger diameter than the intermediate pipe 11 is fixed to each of the end pipes 12. Both ends are fitted into and removed from the pair of cylinders 13 so that attachment and detachment are possible.
Further, a heater 14 is built in the intermediate pipe 11 as shown in FIG. 5, and a human body detection switch 15 is mounted as shown in FIG. The human body detection switch 15 includes a light emitter and a light receiver, and when no person is on the work table 3, the light from the light emitter is received by the light receiver and the OF is received.
The state becomes F, and when a person is on the worktable 3, the light of the projector is cut off by the person and the light receiver is turned on without receiving light.

As shown in FIG. 6, the heater 6 and the heater 14 are connected to a power source through the human body detection sensor 15 and the manual switch 16, and when the human body detection switch 15 and the manual switch 16 are turned on, the heater 6 and the heater 14 are turned on. 14 is energized.

Thus, when a person rides on the work table 3 and turns on the manual switch 16, the heater 6 and the heater 14 are energized and generate heat, so that the work table 3 can be heated and the work table 3 can be heated. When a person comes from the vehicle, the human body detection switch 15 is turned off and the heater 6 and the heater 14 are not energized. Therefore, even if the manual switch 16 is forgotten to be turned off, the heater 6 and the heater 14 are not energized. In addition, the heater 14 of the handrail 5 does not necessarily need to be attached to the front and rear edges, and may be provided on only one of the front and rear edges, or may be provided on the left and right edges. Further, a heat insulating material may be provided inside the heater 14 of the intermediate pipe 11, or an auxiliary manual switch 17 may be provided as shown by a virtual line in FIG. In this case, the heater 6 and the heater 14 can be energized by turning on the auxiliary manual switch 17 even when the human body detection switch 15 is turned off. 14 can be kept energized.
Further, instead of the auxiliary manual switch 17, an outlet that can be detachably connected to a power supply may be used.

[Effect of the Invention] Since the work table 3 can be heated, it becomes warm when working in a poor and inferior work environment, which is preferable in terms of safety and work efficiency. It can efficiently heat the feet and hands of people. The human body detection switch 15 is turned on when a person gets on the workbench 3.
When the work table 3 is empty, the human body detection switch 15 is turned off and the heaters 6 and 14 are not energized. Heating can be prevented.
