It is widely used because it is easy to apply the waterproof sheet to which it is attached even on the uneven base surface. In particular,
When a rubber-based unvulcanized mixture is used as the self-adhesive layer, increasing the thickness of the self-adhesive layer and providing flexibility,
A sufficient adhesive area can be obtained on the uneven surface of the base. Such a waterproof sheet with a self-adhesive layer is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 58-136246, which has a structure in which a vulcanized rubber sheet, a thermoplastic resin film and a self-adhesive layer (adhesive layer) are sequentially laminated. The film serves as a reinforcing material for the vulcanized rubber sheet and an anti-bleeding material for preventing migration of oil, bituminous material, etc. mixed in the self-adhesive layer.

Along with this, the roll was placed in a vulcanization can, and after vulcanization at 150 ° C., which is below the melting temperature of polypropylene, the self-adhesion layer was laminated on the film side.

し、外観上好ましくなかった。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, since the vulcanization temperature is not higher than the melting point of polypropylene in the method for producing a waterproof sheet, the productivity is poor and the cost is the greatest cause. Therefore, in order to improve productivity, if the vulcanization temperature is raised above the melting point of the polypropylene film, the film will melt and a film of random thickness will be present on the surface of the vulcanized rubber sheet. When the self-adhesive layer is coated, tension control becomes difficult and the adhesive force between the film and the self-adhesive layer is not uniform. Furthermore, if there is a film-free area on the vulcanized rubber sheet, the reinforcing effect of such a rubber sheet also decreases, and such a area swells due to migration of bituminous substances, oil agents, etc., which are compounding agents for the self-adhesive layer. However, there is a drawback that the dimensional change of the waterproof sheet becomes large. Therefore, the waterproof sheet laid on the ground surface in the summer has wrinkles and is not preferable in appearance.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for producing a waterproof sheet with a self-adhesion layer, which has a significantly improved production time and a significantly reduced production time.

That is, after the unvulcanized rubber sheet extruded from the extruder is sent from the introduction roll into the vulcanization can for vulcanization, the vulcanized rubber sheet is sent out of the vulcanization can from the derivation roll, After the thermoplastic resin film having a melting point in the range of 60 to 140 ° C. is pressure-bonded to the vulcanized rubber sheet and heat-sealed while the surface temperature is maintained at 60 to 140 ° C., a self-adhesive layer. In a method for producing a waterproof sheet with a self-adhesive layer, which is laminated on the surface of the film. The thermoplastic film may be formed of two layers, a heat fusion sheet and a reinforcing sheet.

It is possible to add the amount of the polymer component
50-400 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight, preferably 100-300
If the amount is less than 50 parts by weight, the self-adhesive layer is poor and the tackiness is poor, whereas if it exceeds 400 parts by weight, the rubber sheet 2 swells at an early stage and the heat resistance of the self-adhesive layer is lowered. The thickness of the self-adhesion layer is 0.07 to 1.0 mm.

を短時間に製造することもできる。(Operation) In the production method of the present invention, immediately after vulcanizing the rubber sheet, the thermoplastic resin film is pressure-bonded to the vulcanized rubber sheet while the residual temperature of the vulcanized rubber sheet is maintained at 60 to 140 ° C. However, the adhesive force between the vulcanized rubber sheet and the thermoplastic resin film is increased and the adhesive force becomes uniform, and the vulcanization speed of the vulcanized rubber sheet is increased by further increasing the vulcanization temperature of the vulcanized rubber sheet. Therefore, the waterproof sheet with the self-adhesive layer can be manufactured in a short time.
次に、本発明の実施例を説明する。 Next, examples of the present invention will be described.

Inside temperature 150-180 ℃, rubber sheet moving speed 1.2m /
Min)) to form a vulcanized rubber sheet, and then, when the surface temperature of the vulcanized rubber sheet reaches 120 to 125 ° C., a predetermined thermoplastic resin film is pressure-bonded to the vulcanized rubber sheet, and at the same time heat-sealed, The sheet was cooled to 30 ° C. and then wound on a roll. Then, it is sandwiched between the vulcanized rubber sheet friction rolls at 0.5 kg / cm 2 , and the self-adhesive materials shown in Table 2 are frictioned to form a self-adhesive layer having a thickness of 0.5 mm on the film surface of the vulcanized rubber sheet. Then, a release paper was further attached thereon to obtain a waterproof sheet with a self-adhesion layer.

A 1.0 mm, 1 m wide EPDM sheet (compounding is the same as in Table 1) was laminated, and these were wrapped with canvas and put into a vulcanization can for vulcanization to obtain a vulcanized rubber sheet with a film. . Then, a self-adhesive layer was laminated on the surface of the film in the same manner as in Examples to obtain a waterproof sheet with a self-adhesive layer.
