Abstract
【解決手段】一体型液冷ラジエータは、液体冷却部100と、液冷ヘッド200と、液体ポンプ300と、を含む。液体冷却部100は、第1の液体タンク10と、第2の液体タンク20と、放熱流路管ユニット30と、を備える。第1の液体タンク10は、上部タンクと、上部タンクの下端から下方へ突出した下部タンクとが形成され、下部タンクの下端は、放熱流路管ユニット30の上端と結合され、第1の液体タンク10内の液体回収空間を第1の液体タンク10の下方に変更することで上部タンクの高さを縮小した。上部タンクと第2の液体タンク20の前後端を、放熱流路管ユニット30の表裏面から突出させ、液体冷却部100の表裏面にファン設置空間40を形成し、ファン400により同時に放熱流路管ユニット30及び下部タンクに送風して放熱する。

前記液体冷却部は、第1の液体タンクと、第2の液体タンクと、放熱流路管ユニットとを備え、前記放熱流路管ユニットは、複数個の第1の流路管と、第2の流路管と、冷却フィンとを含み、各前記第1の流路管及び各前記第2の流路管は、両端がそれぞれ前記第1の液体タンク及び前記第2の液体タンクと結合された扁平金属管であり、前記冷却フィンはそれぞれ、各前記第1の流路管及び各前記第2の流路管の外面に設置され、
前記液冷ヘッドは、一方の面が前記第2の液体タンクの底壁外面と結合され、
前記液体ポンプは、前記第1の液体タンク内に設置される一体型液冷ラジエータにおいて、
前記第1の液体タンクは、第1のタンク本体と、第1のタンク蓋と、第1の仕切板とを備え、前記第1のタンク本体は、上部タンク及び下部タンクが一体化として成形され、前記上部タンクの厚さ及び幅は、前記下部タンクのそれよりも大きく、前記上部タンクの上端は、下へ凹んで第1の上チャンバーを形成し、前記下部タンクは、前記上部タンクの下端から下方へ突出し、前記第1の上チャンバーの底面は、前記下部タンクの中へ凹んだ第1の下チャンバーを形成し、前記下部タンクの底壁には、前記第1の下チャンバーと連通した複数個の第1の流路管挿入口が設けられ、前記第1の流路管及び前記第2の流路管の上端はそれぞれ、前記第1の流路管挿入口に挿入され、前記第1のタンク蓋は、前記上部タンクの上端を覆い、前記第1の仕切板は、前記第1の上チャンバー及び前記第1の下チャンバーに設置されて、前記第1の上チャンバー及び前記第1の下チャンバーを液体供給室と液体排出室とに仕切り、
前記第2の液体タンクは、第2のタンク本体と、第2のタンク蓋とを備え、前記第2のタンク本体の上端は、下へ凹んで第2のチャンバーを形成し、前記第2のチャンバーは、冷液室と熱液室とに仕切りされ、前記冷液室及び前記熱液室はそれぞれ、前記液冷ヘッドと連通され、前記第2のタンク蓋は、前記第2のタンク本体の上端を覆い、前記第2のタンク蓋の頂壁には、前記冷液室及び前記熱液室と連通した複数個の第2の流路管挿入口が設けられ、前記第1の流路管及び前記第2の流路管の下端はそれぞれ、前記第2の流路管挿入口に挿入され、且つ
前記第1の液体タンクの前記第1のタンク本体の前記上部タンクの前後端及び前記第2の液体タンクの前後端はそれぞれ、前記放熱流路管ユニットの表面と裏面から突出し、前記液体冷却部の表面と裏面のそれぞれに内へ凹んだファン設置空間を形成している一体型液冷ラジエータ。 - 前記第1のタンク本体における前記上部タンク及び前記下部タンクは、側面視でT字形をなすタンク本体として形成され、
前記第1の上チャンバー及び前記第1の下チャンバーは、側面視で断面がT字形をなすチャンバーとして形成されている請求項1に記載の一体型液冷ラジエータ。 - 前記第1のタンク蓋の内面は、前記第1のタンク本体内に突き出る液体ポンプ台座を有し、
前記第1のタンク蓋の外面には、内へ凹んだ、前記液体ポンプ台座まで延びる液体ポンプチャンバーが設けられ、
前記液体ポンプは、前記第1のタンク蓋の外面から前記液体ポンプチャンバーに装入される請求項2に記載の一体型液冷ラジエータ。 - 前記液体ポンプ台座の端面には、前記液体ポンプチャンバーと前記液体供給室を連通した液体供給口が設けられ、
前記液体ポンプ台座の側面には、バンプが設けられ、前記バンプには、前記液体ポンプチャンバーと前記液体排出室とを連通した液体排出口が設けられ、
且つ、前記第1の仕切板には、前記バンプの輪郭に対応する切欠が設けられ、前記切欠は、前記バンプの周面と密着している請求項3に記載の一体型液冷ラジエータ。 - 前記上部タンクの底壁には、前記第1の上チャンバーに突出した第1の凸条が設けられ、
且つ、前記第1のタンク蓋の頂壁には、前記第1の上チャンバーに突出した第2の凸条が設けられている請求項4に記載の一体型液冷ラジエータ。 - 前記第1のタンク蓋の頂壁には、前記第1の上チャンバーと連通した液体注入口が設けられ、前記液体注入口の中には、分離可能なシール部品が結合されている請求項1に記載の一体型液冷ラジエータ。
- 前記第2のタンク本体における前記第2のチャンバーの中には、空気断熱空間が設けられ、前記空気断熱空間は、前記第2のチャンバーの中で一定の距離を離れて設置された熱液仕切板と冷液仕切板とで構成され、
前記空気断熱空間は、前記第2のチャンバーを前記冷液室と前記熱液室とに仕切りし、前記冷液室の下端のタンク壁には、作動液を前記冷液室から前記液冷ヘッドに流入させる冷液流入口が設けられ、前記熱液室の下端のタンク壁には、前記作動液を前記液冷ヘッドから前記熱液室に戻す熱液流出口が設けられている請求項1に記載の一体型液冷ラジエータ。 - 前記第2のタンク本体は、表面が上端から下端にかけて幅が狭くなる四角錐台をなし、
前記第2のチャンバーは、前記四角錐台に対応する錐台状チャンバーである請求項7に記載の一体型液冷ラジエータ。 - 更に、2つのファンシャーシを含み、前記2つのファンシャーシは、前記放熱流路管ユニットの両側に結合されている請求項1に記載の一体型液冷ラジエータ。
- 更に、少なくとも一つのファンを含み、前記ファンは、前記ファン設置空間に入れられて、前記2つのファンシャーシに固定される請求項9に記載の一体型液冷ラジエータ。
