Abstract
【解決手段】電池モジュールは、その長さ方向に配列された複数の電池セルを含む電池セルユニットと、電池セルユニットにおける電池モジュールの高さ方向に沿う一方側に位置し、電池セルユニットに接続される収集ユニットと、収集ユニットにおける電池モジュールの高さ方向に沿って電池セルユニットから離れる側に位置し、収集ユニットに接続される第1断熱部材と、隣接する2つの電池セルの間に位置する断熱緩衝ユニットとを含み、断熱緩衝ユニットは、第2断熱部材と、それの電池モジュールの長さ方向に沿う両側に位置する2つの緩衝部材とを含み、2つの緩衝部材は第2断熱部材の電池モジュールの長さ方向に沿う両側に位置し、緩衝部材は第2断熱部材と対応する電池セルとに接続される。このように設計することで、電池セルの膨張による変形を吸収して電池セル間の断熱性能を向上させることに有利である。

Claims (10)
- 電池モジュールであって、
電池セルユニット(11)と、収集ユニット(12)と、第1断熱部材(13)と、断熱緩衝ユニット(14)とを含み、
前記電池セルユニット(11)は、前記電池モジュール(1)の長さ方向に沿って配列された複数の電池セル(111)を含み、
前記収集ユニット(12)は、前記電池セルユニット(11)における前記電池モジュール(1)の高さ方向に沿う一方側に位置し、前記電池セルユニット(11)に接続され、
前記第1断熱部材(13)は、前記収集ユニット(12)における前記電池モジュール(1)の高さ方向に沿って前記電池セルユニット(11)から離れる側に位置し、前記収集ユニット(12)に接続され、
前記断熱緩衝ユニット(14)は、隣接する2つの前記電池セル(111)の間に位置し、
前記断熱緩衝ユニット(14)は、第2断熱部材(141)と、2つの緩衝部材(142)とを含み、2つの前記緩衝部材(142)は、前記第2断熱部材(141)における前記電池モジュール(1)の長さ方向に沿う両側に位置し、前記緩衝部材(142)は、一方側が前記第2断熱部材(141)に接続され、他方側が対応する前記電池セル(111)に接続される、ことを特徴とする電池モジュール。 - 前記緩衝部材(142)は、前記電池モジュール(1)の高さ方向に沿って延在する2つの第1本体部(142a)と、前記電池モジュール(1)の幅方向に沿って延在する2つの第2本体部(142b)とを含み、2つの前記第1本体部(142a)と2つの前記第2本体部(142b)によってフレーム型構造が取り囲まれる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セル(111)の前記収集ユニット(12)に近い一端には、防爆口(111a)が開設され、前記収集ユニット(12)は、本体部(121)を含み、前記本体部(121)には、前記電池モジュール(1)の長さ方向に沿って配列された複数の待避孔(121a)が開設され、複数の前記待避孔(121a)は、複数の前記電池セル(111)の前記防爆口(111a)と一対一に対応し、各前記待避孔(121a)は、対応する前記防爆口(111a)に連通する、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1断熱部材(13)には、前記電池モジュール(1)の長さ方向に沿って配列された複数の凹溝(131)が開設され、複数の前記凹溝(131)は、前記電池モジュール(1)の高さ方向に沿って延在し、複数の前記待避孔(121a)と一対一に対応する、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記凹溝(131)の底壁は、前記電池モジュール(1)の高さ方向に沿う寸法D1が、0.1mm≦D1≦0.2mmを満たす、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1断熱部材(13)は、前記電池モジュール(1)の高さ方向に沿う寸法D2が、0.4mm≦D2≦1mmを満たす、ことを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第2断熱部材(141)は、前記電池モジュール(1)の長さ方向に沿う寸法D3が、0.5mm≦D3≦1mmを満たす、ことを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記緩衝部材(142)は、前記電池モジュール(1)の長さ方向に沿う寸法D4が、0.5mm≦D4≦1mmを満たす、ことを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1断熱部材(13)及び/又は前記第2断熱部材(141)の材料は、マイカである、ことを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 電池パックであって、
ハウジングと、少なくとも1つの電池モジュール(1)とを含み、
前記ハウジングは、収容空間が形成され、
前記電池モジュール(1)は、前記収容空間に位置し、前記電池モジュール(1)は、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の電池モジュール(1)である、ことを特徴とする電池パック。
