Claims (13)
- ドーナツ形の円筒型電池用ガスケットであって、
前記円筒型電池用ガスケットの下部をなし、キャップアセンブリーを支持する支持部と、
前記円筒型電池用ガスケットの側面部をなし、前記支持部の外側から上方に延びたクリンピング部とを含み、
前記クリンピング部の末端には前記クリンピング部の外側から下方に向かって延びた延長部が形成される、円筒型電池用ガスケット。 - 前記支持部の上面には突起構造が形成される、請求項1に記載の円筒型電池用ガスケット。
- 円筒型電池の組立のために前記クリンピング部を変形した状態で前記延長部の最外殻の半径の大きさは前記クリンピング部の内側の半径より小さい、請求項1または2に記載の円筒型電池用ガスケット。
- 前記支持部の内側から下方に延びる下端部をさらに含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型電池用ガスケット。
- 電極組立体を収納した円筒型電池ケースと、
前記円筒型電池ケースの開放部に搭載されるキャップアセンブリーと、
前記円筒型電池ケースと前記キャップアセンブリーとの間に介在される請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型電池用ガスケットとを含み、
前記円筒型電池ケースの上部は前記キャップアセンブリーの外周縁を取り囲んで前記円筒型電池ケースの中心部に向かって折り曲げられ、
前記円筒型電池ケースの上部末端は前記円筒型電池用ガスケットの前記延長部によって形成された収納部に収容される、円筒型電池。 - 前記クリンピング部と前記延長部の末端との間の離隔距離は前記円筒型電池ケースの上部厚さと同一であるかそれより小さい、請求項5に記載の円筒型電池。
- 前記円筒型電池が結合された状態で前記収納部は前記円筒型電池ケースの中心方向に下向きに傾いた構造を有する、請求項5または6に記載の円筒型電池。
- 前記延長部は前記延長部の開始部から延長部の末端の方向に行くほど厚さが減少する形態を有する、請求項5~7のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型電池。
- 前記円筒型電池ケースの上部の少なくとも一部には防錆層の除去された未コーティング部が形成され、
前記延長部は前記未コーティング部を取り囲む構造を有する、請求項5~8のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型電池。 - 前記キャップアセンブリーはトップキャップ及び安全ベントを含み、
前記安全ベントの下面には凹部が形成され、
前記凹部は前記円筒型電池用ガスケットの支持部の上面に形成された突起構造と噛み合うように位置し、前記安全ベントと前記円筒型電池用ガスケットが結合される、請求項5~9のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型電池。 - 前記円筒型電池ケースは前記キャップアセンブリー及び前記円筒型電池用ガスケットを支持するためのビーディング部を含み、
前記円筒型電池用ガスケットの支持部の内側から下方に延びる下端部は前記ビーディング部とキャップアセンブリーとの間に位置する、請求項5~10のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型電池。 - 前記キャップアセンブリーは安全ベントの下面と結合する電流遮断部材をさらに含み、
前記円筒型電池用ガスケットの下端部は前記電流遮断部材を支持するように前記円筒型電池ケースの中心方向に延びる構造を有する、請求項11に記載の円筒型電池。 - 請求項5~12のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型電池を含む、電池パック。
