Claims (13)
- 第一のポンプ室(20)、
第二のポンプ室(21)、
前記第一のポンプ室(20)の出口(27)を前記第二のポンプ室(21)の入り口(28)と連通させる接続ダクト(26a)、及び
冷却液が循環する耐漏洩性の導管(40)
を少なくとも備える多段ポンプ本体であって、
前記接続ダクト(26a)は、前記多段ポンプ本体の横方向ダクトであり、
前記多段ポンプ本体は、前記接続ダクト(26a)を部分的に画成し、外側に外部表面(34)を有する、少なくとも一つの熱伝導壁(33)を含み、
前記接続ダクト(26a)の少なくとも一部は、前記熱伝導壁(33)の前記外部表面(34)と、前記耐漏洩性の導管(40)との間を通ることを特徴とする多段ポンプ本体。 - 前記耐漏洩性の導管(40)の少なくとも一部は、前記接続ダクト(26a)と、前記第一及び第二のポンプ室(20,21)の少なくとも一方との間を通ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多段ポンプ本体。
- 前記耐漏洩性の導管(40)の少なくとも一部は、前記第一のポンプ室(20)と、前記第二のポンプ室(21)との間を通ることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の多段ポンプ本体。
- 前記多段ポンプ本体は、前記接続ダクト(26a)と、前記耐漏洩性の導管(40)とを互いに隔てる少なくとも一つの熱伝導パーティション(42)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の多段ポンプ本体。
- 前記多段ポンプ本体は、前記耐漏洩性の導管(40)と、前記第一のポンプ室(20)とを互いに隔てる少なくとも一つの熱伝導パーティションを備えることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の多段ポンプ本体。
- 前記耐漏洩性の導管(40)は、前記第一のポンプ室(20)、及び/又は前記第二のポンプ室(21)の周りに部分的に回り込んでいることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の多段ポンプ本体。
- 前記耐漏洩性の導管(40)は、前記冷却液用に少なくとも一つの入口(16)と、前記冷却液用に少なくとも一つの出口(17)とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の多段ポンプ本体。
- 前記多段ポンプ本体は、少なくとも一つの回転シャフト(8)に対応する軸通路(53)、前記第一及び第二のポンプ室(20,21)を接続するこの軸通路(53)のセグメントを含むことを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の多段ポンプ本体。
- 前記多段ポンプ本体は、第一の側部と、前記軸通路(53)に対して前記第一の側部と反対側の第二の側部とを有し、前記接続ダクト(26a)は、前記多段ポンプ本体の前記第一の側部を通り、前記多段ポンプ本体は、前記第一のポンプ室(20)の前記出口(27)を前記第二のポンプ室(21)の前記入口(28)と連通させる別の接続ダクト(26b)を画成し、この別の接続ダクト(26b)は、前記多段ポンプ本体の前記第二の側部を通ることを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の多段ポンプ本体。
- 前記接続ダクト(26a)は、第一の接続ダクト(26a)であり、
前記多段ポンプ本体は、第三のポンプ室(22)と、前記第二のポンプ室(21)の出口(30)を前記第三のポンプ室の入口(31)と連通させるダクトである第二の接続ダクト(29a)とを備え、
前記熱伝導壁(33)が、第一の熱伝導壁(33)であり、
前記多段ポンプ本体は、少なくとも第二の熱伝導壁(36)を含み、
この第二の熱伝導壁(36)は、前記第二の接続ダクト(29a)を部分的に画成し、外側に外部表面(37)を有し、
前記第二の接続ダクト(29a)の少なくとも一部が、前記第二の熱伝導壁(36)の前記外部表面(37)と、前記耐漏洩性の導管(40)との間を通ることを特徴とする請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の多段ポンプ本体。 - 請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の多段ポンプ本体(2)を含む多段ポンプであって、前記熱伝導壁(33)の前記外部表面(34)が、前記ポンプの外側にあることを特徴とする多段ポンプ。
- 前記多段ポンプは、
前記第一のポンプ室(20)内で下流に向かうガスの流動を生じさせるための少なくとも一つの第一のローター(9)と、
前記第二のポンプ室(21)内で下流に向かうガスの流動を生じさせるための少なくとも一つの第二のローターと、
前記第一及び第二のローターを支持する回転シャフト(8)と
を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の多段ポンプ。 - 前記多段ポンプは、ローブポンプ又はローポンプまたはギアポンプであり、
前記多段ポンプは、
前記第一のポンプ室(20)内の少なくとも別の第一のローター(9)と、
前記第二のポンプ室(21)内の少なくとも別の第二のローターと、
前記別の第一及び第二のローターを支持する別の回転シャフト(8)を含み、
前記第一のローター及び前記別の第一のローター(9)は、反対方向に駆動されることにより、前記第一のポンプ室(20)内で下流に向かうガスの流動を生じさせることができ、
前記第二のローター及び前記別の第二のローターは、反対方向に駆動されることにより、前記第二のポンプ室(21)内で下流に向かうガスの流動を生じさせることができることを特徴とする請求項11又は12に記載の多段ポンプ。
