Description
装着リム:17×7.5J
タイヤ内圧:250kPa
テストタイヤをドラム試験機上で縦荷重4.6kNを負荷させて200km/hの速度で1時間走行させた。その後、トレッド部に釘(直径5.0mm)が50本打ち込まれた、これらの釘が除去された後、シーラント層によるエアシール効果が発揮された箇所(空気漏れが止まった箇所)の数が測定された。結果は、前記数が大きい程、優れたエアシール性能が発揮されていることを示す。
テストの結果が表1~2に示される。

Claims (14)
- トレッド部を含む空気入りタイヤであって、
前記トレッド部のタイヤ内腔面に配された粘着性を有するシーラント液を含むシーラント層と、
前記シーラント層のタイヤ半径方向の内側に配された多孔質状の制音体と、
前記シーラント層と前記制音体との間に配され、かつ、前記シーラント液が前記制音体に浸透するのを防ぐバリア部とを含み、
前記バリア部の強度は、2~25(N)である、
空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記バリア部は、前記制音体の表面が非多孔質化されたものである、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記表面は、被熱処理面である請求項2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記バリア部は、粘着テープである、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記バリア部は、樹脂フィルムである、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記制音体は、接着剤を介して前記バリア部と密着している、請求項5に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記制音体の比重は、20~80kg/m3である、請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記制音体の厚さは、25~40mmである、請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記制音体のタイヤ軸方向の長さは、前記シーラント層のタイヤ軸方向の長さの60%以上である、請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記制音体のタイヤ軸方向の長さは、前記シーラント層のタイヤ軸方向の長さの100%未満である、請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記バリア部の厚さは、0.05~0.20mmである、請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記バリア部は、前記制音体のタイヤ軸方向の側面を覆っている、請求項1ないし11のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記バリア部は、前記制音体のタイヤ半径方向の内周面を覆っていない、請求項12に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記バリア部は、前記制音体のタイヤ半径方向の内周面の一部を覆っている、請求項12に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
