Abstract
Description
本出願は、2017年11月28日付けの韓国特許出願第10−2017−0160879号および2018年11月26日付けの韓国特許出願第10−2018−0146895号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は、本明細書の一部として含まれる。
本出願は、バリアフィルムに関する。
実施例1
厚さが約50μmのPET(poly(ethylene terephthalate))基材フィルムの表面にイソシアヌレート系アクリレートを使用して厚さが約900nmの中間層を形成した。
ポリシラザン含有組成物が、商品名NL120のポリシラザン(DMEAと異なる無機系触媒を含む)を使用したことを除いて、実施例1と同一にバリアフィルムを製造した。
実施例3
厚さが約50μmのPET(poly(ethylene terephthalate))基材フィルムの表面にイソシアヌレート系アクリレートを使用して厚さが約900nmの中間層を形成した。
ポリシラザン含有組成物が、商品名NL120のポリシラザン(DMEAと異なる無機系触媒を含む)を使用したことを除いて、実施例3と同一にバリアフィルムを製造した。
シリカ粒子を使用しないことを除いて、実施例3と同一にバリアフィルムを製造した。
シリカ粒子を使用しないことを除いて、実施例4と同一にバリアフィルムを製造した。
実施例5
前記実施例1で製造されたバリアフィルムを使用した。
前記実施例2で製造されたバリアフィルムを使用した。
シリカ粒子を含まないことを除いて、前記実施例5で製造されたバリアフィルムと同じフィルムを使用した。
シリカ粒子を含まないことを除いて、前記実施例6で製造されたバリアフィルムと同じフィルムを使用した。
実施例7
前記実施例1で製造されたバリアフィルムを使用した(硬化層の数1層)。
前記実施例2で製造されたバリアフィルムを使用した(硬化層の数1層)。
NN120においてジブチルエーテルでポリシラザンを4%に希釈したことを除いて、実施例1と同一に、PET基材、中間層およびポリシラザンの硬化層1を含むバリアフィルムを製造した。
NL120においてジブチルエーテルでポリシラザンを4%に希釈したことを除いて、実施例2と同一に、PET基材、中間層およびポリシラザンの硬化層1−1を含むバリアフィルムを製造した。
Claims (14)
- 基材層Aと、
前記基材層の一面上に位置し、粒子が突出して形成された凹凸構造の表面Sを有するポリシラザン層の硬化層を一つ以上含むバリア層Bと、
を含むバリアフィルム。 - 前記表面Sは、前記基材層Aと対向するポリシラザン層面の反対面である、請求項1に記載のバリアフィルム。
- 前記ポリシラザンは、下記化学式1の単位を有する、請求項1に記載のバリアフィルム:
- ポリシラザン層またはその硬化層の運動摩擦係数は、0.4以下である、請求項1に記載のバリアフィルム。
- ポリシラザン層またはその硬化層の静止摩擦係数は、0.4以下である、請求項1に記載のバリアフィルム。
- AFM(atomic force microscope)による測定時に、前記表面Sから突出した粒子の高さが5nm以上である、請求項1に記載のバリアフィルム。
- 前記ポリシラザン層は、前記ポリシラザン層の高さより大きい直径の粒子を含む、請求項1に記載のバリアフィルム。
- 前記ポリシラザン層は、前記ポリシラザン層の高さより小さい直径の粒子を含み、前記粒子は、前記ポリシラザン層の表面に浮遊状態で存在する、請求項1に記載のバリアフィルム。
- 前記粒子は、クレー、タルク、アルミナ、炭酸カルシウム、ジルコニアおよびシリカ粒子の中から選択される無機粒子である、請求項1に記載のバリアフィルム。
- 前記粒子をポリシラザン100重量部に対して5重量部以下で含む、請求項1に記載のバリアフィルム。
- 前記粒子は、5〜200nmの範囲内の直径を有する、請求項1に記載のバリアフィルム。
- 前記基材層Aと前記バリア層Bとの間に中間層Cをさらに含み、
前記中間層Cは、アクリル樹脂、ウレタン樹脂、メラミン樹脂、アルキッド樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、シロキサンポリマーまたは下記化学式2で表される有機シラン化合物の縮合物を含む、請求項1に記載のバリアフィルム:
- 38℃の温度および100%の相対湿度で測定された透湿度が10mg/m2・day以下である、請求項1に記載のバリアフィルム。
- 請求項1に記載のバリアフィルムを含む電気または電子素子。
