Description
Claims (9)
- 海底基礎構造物における壁(22)の開口内に引き込まれるよう構成された円筒状本体を備える基礎インターフェース装置(20)であって、該インターフェース装置が、前記壁(22)の内側部分に係合するよう配置された1個以上の保持部材(24,44)を更に備え、これにより前記インターフェース装置が前記開口外に引き戻されるのを回避する基礎インターフェース装置において、
前記1個以上の保持部材が、1つ以上の非金属製の電気防食手段(30,32,34,38)を有し、前記1つ以上の非金属製の電気防食手段(30,32,34,38)が、前記壁の内表面側にて、前記1個以上の保持部材間の接触点又は接触位置に配置されていることを特徴とする基礎インターフェース装置。 - 請求項1に記載の基礎インターフェース装置(20)であって、前記保持手段が、複数の延長可能なアーム又は歯(24)として構成されている基礎インターフェース装置。
- 請求項2に記載の基礎インターフェース装置(20)であって、前記電気防食手段が、前記歯又はアームの端部に配置されたセラミック製接触部材(30,32,34)として構成されている基礎インターフェース装置。
- 請求項3に記載の基礎インターフェース装置(20)であって、前記セラミック製接触部材が、前記歯又はアームの端部におけるソケット内に配置されたセラミックボール(30)として構成されている基礎インターフェース装置。
- 請求項3に記載の基礎インターフェース装置(20)であって、前記セラミック製接触部材が、セラミックロッド(32)として構成されている基礎インターフェース装置。
- 請求項3に記載の基礎インターフェース装置(20)であって、前記セラミック製接触部材が、セラミックキャップ(34)として構成されている基礎インターフェース装置。
- 請求項1に記載の基礎インターフェース装置(20)であって、前記保持部材が、保持リング(44)として構成され、前記電気防食手段が、前記リングの面に統合された複数のセラミックボール(30)を含む基礎インターフェース装置。
- 請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の基礎インターフェース装置(20)であって、弾性材料を更に備え、前記材料は、前記1個以上の保持部材が第1後退位置にある場合は前記1個以上の保持部材上に配置され、前記材料は、前記1個以上の保持部材が第2延長位置にある場合は前記1個以上の保持部材と前記壁の内表面との間に挟み込まれるよう構成されている基礎インターフェース装置。
- 請求項3〜8の何れか一項に記載の基礎インターフェース装置(20)であって、前記セラミック製接触部材が、酸化アルミニウム(Al203)セラミック、又はジルコニア(Zr02)セラミック、炭化ケイ素(SIC)、窒化ケイ素(SI3N4)、又は酸化マグネシウムが添加された部分安定化ジルコニア(Zr02,MgO)で構成されている基礎インターフェース装置。
