Abstract
Description
アンモニア吸蔵材は臭化カルシウム二水和物を用いた。初めに、メノウ乳鉢を用いて臭化カルシウム二水和物とアルギン酸ナトリウムを10分間物理混合した。この時の臭化カルシウム二水和物とアルギン酸ナトリウムのモル比は10:1、5:1、3:1、2:1、1:1とした。次に、電気炉を用いて混合した試料をアルゴンガス雰囲気化(100mL/分)、100℃で1.5時間加熱し脱水処理を行なった。
調製した試料を用いて圧縮成型体の作製を行なった。圧縮成型は、錠剤成型器(径7mm、径10mm)、油圧プレス機を用いて行った。成型体作製の条件は、圧縮圧力8MPa、圧縮時間10分間、圧縮試料重量250mgとして行った。
磁気浮遊式天秤を用いて作製したアンモニア吸蔵材のアンモニア吸蔵/放出挙動を観測し、反応速度評価を行った。初めに前処理として、1時間真空排気を行いながら試料を100℃まで加熱し脱水処理を行った。その後、アンモニアガス供給圧力を50kPaから300kPaの間で変化させアンモニア吸蔵材にアンモニアを吸蔵/放出させた。吸蔵/放出を1サイクルとし、3サイクル行った。この条件下において、アンモニア吸蔵材のアンモニア配位数はアンモニアガス50kPaから300kPaで2から6、300kPaから50kPaで6から2となる。そして、この時の反応率が50%に達するまでの時間から吸蔵/放出速度νを以下の式(1)から求めた。
Claims (9)
- アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の金属のハロゲン化物にアンモニアの吸蔵/放出反応に寄与しない物質を添加してペレット化したアンモニア吸蔵材。
- アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の金属のハロゲン化物にアルギン酸化合物を添加してペレット化したアンモニア吸蔵材。
- 前記アルギン酸化合物が、アルカリ金属のアルギン酸塩、アルカリ土類金属のアルギン酸塩又は遷移金属のアルギン酸塩であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のアンモニア吸蔵材。
- 前記アルギン酸化合物が、アルギン酸ナトリウム、アルギン酸カリウム、アルギン酸カルシウム、アルギン酸リチウムおよびアルギン酸マグネシウムからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のアンモニア吸蔵材。
- アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、遷移金属からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の金属のハロゲン化物に無機系バインダー、炭素系バインダーおよび有機系バインダーからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種のバインダーを添加してペレット化したアンモニア吸蔵材。
- 前記金属のハロゲン化物に対して添加させる前記アンモニアの吸蔵/放出反応に寄与しない物質の量は、0.1〜100モル%である請求項1に記載のアンモニア吸蔵材。
- 前記金属のハロゲン化物に対して添加させる前記アルギン酸化合物の量は、0.1〜100モル%である請求項2乃至請求項4に記載のアンモニア吸蔵材。
- 前記金属のハロゲン化物に対して添加させる前記バインダーの量は、0.1〜100モル%である請求項5に記載のアンモニア吸蔵材。
- 前記金属が、マグネシウム、カルシウム、ストロンチウム、鉄、コバルト、ニッケル、銅および亜鉛からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である請求項1乃至請求項8に記載のアンモニア吸蔵材。
