Claims (5)
- 多孔質シート体をピックアップする吸着装置であって、
前記多孔質シート体を搬送する搬送ベルトと、
エアを吸引する吸引孔が設けられた吸着面を有し、前記多孔質シート体を吸着する吸着ハンドと、
前記搬送ベルトの裏側を支持するバックアッププレートと、を備え、
前記搬送ベルトは、前記多孔質シート体の搬送方向に対して交差する方向に分割された複数の分割ベルトによって構成され、
前記バックアッププレートには、前記吸着面に対応して前記エアを通過させる空孔が設けられている吸着装置。 - 前記空孔の配置領域は、前記吸着面よりも大きくなっている請求項1記載の吸着装置。
- 前記吸引孔は、前記分割ベルトと対向しない領域に設けられている請求項1又は2記載の吸着装置。
- 前記空孔は、前記吸引孔と同心に配置され、かつ前記吸引孔よりも大面積となっている請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の吸着装置。
- 前記吸着面は、前記多孔質シート体よりも大面積となっている請求項1〜4のいずれか一項記載の吸着装置。
