Abstract
Description
a)結晶性五酸化バナジウムの粒子及び金属酸化物触媒担体の粒子を準備することと、
b)これらの粒子を固相混合し、五酸化バナジウム粒子を金属酸化物担体粒子の表面上に分散させることと、
c)分散五酸化バナジウム粒子を、500℃より高い温度で焼成することによって金属酸化物担体粒子の表面上に固定することと、を含み、五酸化バナジウム粒子の焼結を、c)における固定中に焼結防止金属酸化物成分を添加することによって抑制すること、を特徴とする、方法を提供する。
Claims (14)
- 金属酸化物触媒担体上に担持された五酸化バナジウムを含む、触媒の調製方法であって、
a)結晶性五酸化バナジウムの粒子及び金属酸化物触媒担体の粒子を準備することと、
b)前記粒子を固相混合し、前記五酸化バナジウム粒子を前記金属酸化物担体粒子の表面上に分散させることと、
c)前記分散五酸化バナジウム粒子を、500℃より高い温度で焼成することによって前記金属酸化物担体粒子の表面上に固定することと、を含み、前記五酸化バナジウム粒子の焼結を、前記c)における固定中に焼結防止金属酸化物成分を添加することによって抑制すること、を特徴とする、方法。 - 前記結晶性五酸化バナジウムの粒径を、0.5〜10μmとする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 粒径を、2〜5μmとする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記金属酸化物触媒担体が、チタニアを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記焼結防止金属酸化物成分が、タングステン酸化物又はシリカ、及びこれらの混合物を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- c)において得られた前記焼成粒子を有機溶媒中に懸濁させることにより、ウォッシュコートを調製すること、を更に含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ウォッシュコートが1種以上の分散剤を含有する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記ウォッシュコートが、アルミナ、シリカ、及びチタニアからなる群から選択される1種以上の結合剤を含有する、請求項6又は7に記載の方法。
- 前記ウォッシュコートを、モノリス担体上に適用すること、を更に含む、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記モノリス担体が、不織布繊維の1枚以上のコルゲート加工シートを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記不織布繊維の1枚以上のコルゲート加工シートが、ガラス繊維を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記モノリス担体を、セラミック押出品とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記セラミック押出品が、コージライト又は炭化ケイ素からなる、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記焼成粒子を含むペーストを準備することと、前記ペーストを高濃度の触媒モノリスに押出することと、を更に含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
