Abstract
Description
以下の実施例は、2つの市販の可塑剤および13個の特注のポリカルボン酸エーテル可塑剤を試験する。2つの市販の可塑剤は、GLENIUM(商標)51ポリカルボン酸エーテル系可塑剤(38モルパーセントのエステル化で1000g/molのMPEG側鎖)、およびコンクリート用のMELCRET(商標)500L超可塑剤(液体形態でのナフタレン上のスルホン化重縮合製品系−40重量パーセントの固形分)である。GLENIUMは、Construction Research&Technology GmbHの商標である。MELCRETは、SKW Polymers GmbHの商標である。
(1)ポリ(エチレングリコール)メチルエーテル(「MPEG−SMA」)でエステル化されたSMA、
(2)O−2−アミノプロピル)−o’−(2−メトキシエチル)プロピレングリコール(「PPG−g−SMA」)でエステル化されたSMA、
(3)ポリ(エチレングリコール)メチルエーテル(「MPEG−PMA」)でエステル化されたポリ(メタクリル酸)、
(4)O−2−アミノプロピル)−o’−(2−メトキシエチル)プロピレングリコール(「PMA−g−SMA」)でエステル化されたポリ(メタクリル酸)。
「SMA A」(3420g/molのMnおよび1:1のスチレン対無水マレイン酸のモル比)
「SMA B」(2000g/molのMnおよび1:1のスチレン対無水マレイン酸のモル比)
「SMA C」(3000g/molのMnおよび2:1のスチレン対無水マレイン酸のモル比)
「SMA D」(3800g/molのMnおよび3:1のスチレン対無水マレイン酸のモル比)
スランプ試験評価は、粘土ありおよびなしの両方のセメント組成物を用いて行われる。粘土なしのセメント組成物は、500gのセメント(OPC CEM I42.5R;HDX/Ennigerloh Nord)、500gのケイ砂H32、600gの砂(粒径0.2〜1mm)、400gの砂(粒径1〜2mm)、1.9gの可塑剤固体、および288.10gの水からなる。粘土ありのセメント組成物は、8gのベントナイトをさらに含有する。
Claims (8)
- エステル化スチレン/無水マレイン酸コポリマーを含む組成物であって、前記エステル化スチレン/無水マレイン酸コポリマーが、次の共重合成分、(a)スチレン成分と、(b)ジカルボン酸開環無水マレイン酸と、(c)開環無水マレイン酸の半エステルと、を含み、前記エステルが、無水マレイン酸と、100〜800グラム/モルの範囲の数平均分子量を有するポリ(エチレングリコール)メチルエーテルとを反応させた生成物であり、成分(b)に対する成分(c)のモル比が、核磁気共鳴分光法によって決定された場合0.5より大きく、成分(b)と(c)との合計に対する成分(a)のモル比が、核磁気共鳴分光法によって決定された場合1.0以上かつ2.0以下である、組成物。
- 前記ポリ(エチレングリコール)メチルエーテルの分子量が、400〜700の範囲にある、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリ(エチレングリコール)メチルエーテルの分子量が、500〜600の範囲にある、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 成分(b)に対する成分(c)のモル比が、1〜2の範囲にある、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記エステル化スチレン/無水マレイン酸コポリマーが、成分(a)、(b)、および(c)からなる、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、粘土成分をさらに含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 前記粘土成分が、ベントナイトを含む、請求項6に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、セメントおよび砂からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの成分をさらに含む、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の組成物。
