Claims (15)
- 医薬製剤、特に非経口栄養用の製剤を製造する装置(28)の弁ユニット(1)であって、該弁ユニット(1)は、複数の流入口(3a〜3l)及び1つの流出口(5)を有するハウジング(2)を備え、前記流入口(3a〜3l)は、弁(9)を介して前記流出口(5)に接続可能であり、前記弁(9)は、少なくとも3方向弁として構成されることを特徴とする、弁ユニット。
- 請求項1に記載の弁ユニット(1)であって、前記流出口(5)は、前記ハウジング(2)に配置されたダクト(12)に接続され、該ダクト(12)は、好ましくは横方向に前記弁(9)に通じる開口(13)を有することを特徴とする、弁ユニット。
- 請求項2に記載の弁ユニット(1)であって、前記弁(9)は、中央封鎖位置を有する3/3方向弁として構成されることを特徴とする、弁ユニット。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の弁ユニット(1)であって、前記弁(9)は、好ましくは直線の少なくとも2つの列(a、b)に配置され、1つの列(a)の前記弁(9)は、他の列(b)における前記弁(9)に対して前記軸方向にオフセットされるように配置されることを特徴とする、弁ユニット。
- 請求項4に記載の弁ユニット(1)であって、前記ダクト(12)は、少なくとも前記弁(9)の領域において一定の直径を有することを特徴とする、弁ユニット。
- 請求項1〜5に記載の弁ユニット(1)であって、前記流入口(3a〜3l)及び/又は前記流出口(5)は、ホース(4a〜4l、6)に好ましくは分離不能に接続されることを特徴とする、弁ユニット。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の弁ユニット(1)であって、前記流入口(3a〜3l)は、少なくとも2つの異なる直径で存在するホース(4a〜4l)に接続され、及び/又は、前記流出口(5)は、少なくとも3つの部分(6a〜6c)を含むホース(6)に接続され、中央部分(6b)は、前記隣接部分(6a、6c)に対して拡大した断面を有することを特徴とする、弁ユニット。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の弁ユニット(1)であって、該弁ユニット(1)は、少なくとも4個、好ましくは少なくとも8個、特に好ましくは少なくとも12個の流入口(3a〜3l)を有することを特徴とする、弁ユニット。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の弁ユニット(1)であって、前記ハウジング(2)は、医薬製剤を製造する前記装置(28)の駆動ユニットに取り付けられる掛止手段を有することを特徴とする、弁ユニット。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の弁ユニット(1)であって、前記弁(9)は、エラストマー製のプラグ(10)を備え、該プラグ(10)は、前記ハウジング(2)に、好ましくは潤滑剤なしで挿入されることを特徴とする、弁ユニット。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の弁ユニット(1)であって、前記弁は、下側に駆動部に対する係合要素を有するプラグ(10)を備え、前記係合要素は、特にスロット(11)として構成されることを特徴とする、弁ユニット。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の弁ユニット(1)であって、前記弁(9)は、プラグ(10)を備え、開放位置において、流体を前記プラグ(10)の外面に沿って導くことが可能であることを特徴とする、弁ユニット。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の弁ユニット(1)であって、前記プラグ(10)は、クリアランス(18)、好ましくは2つのクリアランス(18)を有し、前記弁(9)の開放位置において、前記クリアランス(18)によって、前記弁(9)の流入口と前記流出口との間にダクトが構成され、及び/又は、前記プラグ(10)は、エラストマーにより構成され、前記クリアランス(18)の上下に少なくとも1つの周囲ウェブ(17a〜17c、19a〜19c)を有し、該ウェブ(17a〜17c、19a〜19c)は、前記ハウジング(2)に対するシールとして機能することを特徴とする、弁ユニット。
- 医薬製剤、特に非経口栄養用の製剤を製造する装置の弁ユニット(1)であって、該弁ユニット(1)は、複数の流入口(3a〜3l)及び1つの流出口(5)を有するハウジング(2)を備え、前記流入口(3a〜3l)は、弁(9)を介して前記流出口(5)に接続可能であり、該弁ユニット(1)は、特に請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の弁ユニット(1)であり、前記流入口(3a〜3l)は、それぞれホース(4a〜4l)に接続され、該ホース(4a〜4l)は、前記ハウジング(2)に分離不能に接続されることを特徴とする、弁ユニット。
- 医薬製剤を製造する装置(28)、特に非経口栄養剤を製造する装置であって、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の弁ユニット(1)を備える、装置。
