Claims (26)
- 統合型発酵工業プロセスにおける炭素捕捉効率を改善するためのプロセスであって、
i.1つ以上の原料を電解プロセスに送って電解由来基質を生成することと、
ii.前記電解由来基質の少なくとも一部分を工業プロセスからのC1含有排ガスと混合して混合C1含有基質を提供することと、
iii.前記混合C1含有基質を、少なくとも1つのC1固定細菌の培養物を含有する生物反応器に送ることと、
iv.前記培養物を発酵させて1つ以上の発酵生成物を生成することと、を含む、プロセス。 - i.CO2が、電解プロセスに送られてCO及びO2を含む電解由来基質を生成し、
ii.前記工業プロセスが、C1含有排ガスを生成し、
iii.(i)からの前記COの少なくとも一部分が、(ii)からの前記C1含有排ガスの少なくとも一部分と混合されて前記混合C1含有基質を提供する、請求項1に記載のプロセス。 - (i)からの前記O2の少なくとも一部分が、前記工業プロセスに送られる、請求項2に記載のプロセス。
- 流出ガス流が、前記発酵により生成され、前記流出ガスが、CO2を含み、前記CO2の少なくとも一部分が、前記電解プロセスに再循環される、請求項2に記載のプロセス。
- i.H2Oが、電解プロセスに送られてH2及びO2を含む電解由来基質を生成し、
ii.前記工業プロセスが、C1含有排ガスを生成し、
iii.(i)からの前記H2の少なくとも一部分が、(ii)からの前記C1ガス状基質と混合されて前記混合C1含有基質を提供する、請求項1に記載のプロセス。 - 前記電解プロセスが、投入エネルギーを必要とし、前記投入エネルギーが、再生可能なエネルギー源に由来する、請求項5に記載のプロセス。
- (i)からの前記O2の少なくとも一部分が、前記工業プロセスに送られる、請求項5に記載のプロセス。
- 前記工業プロセスが、部分的酸化プロセスであり、前記部分的酸化プロセスが、塩基性酸素転炉(BOF)反応、COREXまたはFINEX製鋼プロセス、高炉(BF)プロセス、合金鉄プロセス、二酸化チタン生成プロセス、及びガス化プロセスからなる群から選択される、請求項2または請求項5に記載のプロセス。
- 前記部分的酸化プロセスが、ガス化プロセスであり、前記ガス化プロセスが、都市固形廃棄物ガス化プロセス、バイオマスガス化プロセス、石油コークスガス化プロセス、及び石炭ガス化プロセスからなる群から選択される、請求項2または5に記載のプロセス。
- 前記工業プロセスが、セメント生成プロセス、天然ガス発電設備、及び石炭火力発電設備からなる群から選択される完全酸化プロセスを含む、請求項5に記載のプロセス。
- 前記C1含有排ガスが、CO、CO2、及びH2を含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記混合C1含有基質が、COを含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記混合C1含有基質が、CO2、H2、CH4からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの成分をさらに含む、請求項12に記載のプロセス。
- 前記C1固定細菌が、クロストリジウム属から選択される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記少なくとも1つのC1固定細菌が、クロストリジウム・オートエタノゲナム、クロストリジウム・リュングダリイ、及びクロストリジウム・ラグスダレイからなる群から選択される、請求項14に記載のプロセス。
- 前記C1含有排ガスの一部分が、前記工業プロセスへの供給物質に必要とされる酸素豊富度に適合するように、電解ユニットからの前記酸素の一部分と混合される、請求項3または請求項7に記載のプロセス。
- 再生可能な水素を含むガス状基質から少なくとも1つの生成物を生成するための統合型プロセスであって、
i.再生可能な水素を含む第1のガス状基質、及びCO2を含む第2のガス状基質を受け取ることと、
ii.水素の第1の部分及びCO2の第1の部分を、COを含む流出流を生成するための条件下で運転される逆水性ガスシフト反応器に送ることと、
iii.水素の第2の部分、CO2の第2の部分、及び前記COを含む流出流を混合してC1含有基質を提供することと、
iv.前記C1含有基質を、1つ以上のC1固定細菌の培養物を含有する生物反応器に送ることと、
v.前記C1含有基質を発酵させて少なくとも1つの発酵生成物を生成することと、を含む、プロセス。 - 前記再生可能な水素が、電解により生成され、前記CO2が、セメント生成プロセスにより生成される、請求項17に記載のプロセス。
- O2が、前記電解プロセスの副生成物として生成される、請求項18に記載のプロセス。
- 前記O2副生成物が、前記セメント生成プロセスのO2要件を満たすように前記セメント生成プロセスに送られる、請求項19に記載のプロセス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの発酵生成物が、エタノール、アセテート、ブタノール、ブチレート、2,3−ブタンジオール、ラクテート、ブテン、ブタジエン、メチルエチルケトン、エチレン、アセトン、イソプロパノール、脂質、3−ヒドロキシプロピオネート、イソプレン、脂肪酸、2−ブタノール、1,2−プロパンジオール、及び1−プロパノールからなる群から選択される、請求項1〜21のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 統合型システムであって、
i.電解由来基質を生成するための電解装置と、
ii.(i)の電解由来基質の少なくとも一部分を利用し、C1含有排ガスを生成する工業プロセス領域と、
iii.C1固定細菌による(ii)の工業用廃ガスの少なくとも一部分の嫌気的発酵により少なくとも1つの発酵生成物を生成する発酵領域と、を備える、統合型システム。 - 前記システムが、前記電解ユニットからの電解由来基質の一部分を前記C1含有排ガスの少なくとも一部分と混合して、混合C1含有基質を生成するための混合ユニットと、前記混合ユニットからの前記混合C1含有基質を、発酵ユニットに送るための導管と、をさらに備える、請求項22に記載のシステム。
- 前記電解ユニットが、再生可能なエネルギー源を使用した水素及び酸素の生成のための水電解ユニットである、請求項22に記載のシステム。
- 前記電解ユニットが、CO2電解装置である、請求項22に記載のシステム。
- 前記電解ユニットのための前記エネルギー源が、再生可能なエネルギー生成ユニットにより提供される、請求項22に記載のシステム。
