本発明の望ましい実施例によれば、上記の軽量シューズは下記の条件(c)をさらに満足することができる。

すなわち、本発明は経時変化に伴う収縮率が低く、優れた耐熱性を有すると同時に優れた物性を満足する軽量シューズを提供することができる効果がある。

上記の条件(c)はより望ましくは1.2≦A120≦2.0であることができ、さらに望ましくは1.2≦A120≦1.9であることができる。これを通じて、本発明は経時変化に伴う収縮率が著しく低く、これにより耐熱性が著しく向上される効果を達成することがわかる。
上記の表1および表2による充填剤に反応性添加剤であるシランを処理するために、エタノール100重量%に反応性添加剤であるシラン50重量%を投入して10分間攪拌した。上記のシラン溶液に残存する水分を除去するためにシリカゲルを添加した。上記のシラン溶液を充填剤100重量部に対して3〜12重量部で、噴霧器を用いて充填剤に分散させた。その後80℃以上の温度で1時間以上乾燥させた後冷却した。このように、反応性添加剤を処理した充填剤と上記の表1および表2による熱可塑性ポリマー混合物を混合しマスターバッチ(M/B)を形成して、150〜180℃温度の二軸押出機を用いてペレットを製造した。その後、ニーダーを用いてペレット組成物を上記の表1による発泡体、架橋剤および架橋助剤を混合しマスターバッチ(M/B)を形成して80〜120℃温度で最終ペレットを製造した。上記の最終ペレットを90〜120℃で射出機で射出し、155〜180℃でモールドで最終成形して調理靴を製造した。
上記の表1および表2により実施例1と同様に実施した。
上記の実施例および比較例を通じて製造した調理靴の発泡倍率を下記の式に従い計算した後、下記の表3に表示した。

実験例2.密度(Density)
上記の実施例および比較例を通じて、製造した調理靴の比重を測定するためにMirage社(日本)のMD200S自動比重測定器を用いて、KSM6519に規定された解析方法を活用した。発泡体の比重は自動比重測定装置を用いて、KSM6519に規定された方法で測定した後、下記の表3に表示した。上記の測定は3回実施し、測定した値の中間値から20%以上を外れる場合、追加測定して平均値を下記の表3に示した。
上記の実施例および比較例を通じて製造した調理靴の硬度を測定するために日本のASKER社のタイプCを用いた。発泡体の初期の硬度は発泡体の製造の後のスキン・オン(skin−on)状態で測定し,後の硬度は断面を切断してスキン・オフ(skin−off)状態で全体の厚さが約6mm以上の範囲でKSM6518に規定された方法で測定した。この際、初期の硬度と後の硬度を考慮して5秒程度の時間の間維持し、3回繰り返し測定した後、平均値またはそれぞれの結果を発泡体の硬度にして、下記の表3に示した。
上記の実施例および比較例を通じて製造した調理靴の機械的な物性を実験するためにドイツのZwick社の1435UTMを用いた。これと関連して、引張強度(KSM6518)、引裂強度(KSM6518)、伸び率(KSM6518)を測定して、下記の表3に示した。
弾性(ASTM D 3574 Test H)を測定するためにボール・ドロップ(Ball drop)方式の反発弾性試験機(Rebound resilience tester,TT502A)を用いて、下記の条件で測定した。
落下の高さ:500mm
スポンジの厚さ:10〜15mm
発泡体の弾性は、試験片の厚さが10mm以上である試験片を用いてボール・ドロップ(Ball drop)方式で測定した。3回の同様の試験を繰り返して、最大、最小値を捨て平均で計算して、下記の表3に示した。
圧縮永久ひずみの測定はASTM D3754に規定された方法で測定した。
上記の測定は発泡体を約10mmの厚さの直径30±0.05mmである円柱形で製造した試験片を用いて測定した。平行金属板の間に試験片を入れて試験片の厚さの50%に相当するスペーサー(spacer)を挟み込んだ後、圧縮させ、50±0.1℃が維持される空気循環型オーブン(air circulation oven)で6時間放置した。その後、圧縮装置から上記の試験片を取り出し、室温で30分間熟成した後、厚さを測定した。同様の試験で用いられた試験片は三つにし、圧縮永久ひずみ(compression set、Cs)は下記の式により計算して、これを下記の表3に示した。

実験例7.収縮率
実験前の試験片の長さを測定した後、それぞれ100℃および120℃で15分間コンベクションオーブン(convection oven)およびスチーム殺菌機で放置した後、常温で30分以上安定化した後の試験片の長さを測定した。その後、下記の計算式により収縮率を計算し、下記の表3に示した。

実験例8.射出成形の容易性
上記の実施例および比較例を通じて、製造した最終ペレットを射出機で射出し、モールドで最終成形する場合、未発泡による成形モールドの挟み込み現象、外観のねじれなどを観測した。射出成形を10回行う場合、上述した不良現象が全く示されない場合 ◎、1〜3回示す場合 ○、4〜7回示す場合 △、8〜10回示す場合 ×で、下記の表3に示した。

- エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体、エチレンオクテン共重合体、エチレンブテン共重合体の中から選択されたいずれか一つ以上を含む第1ポリマーと溶融点が100〜140℃である第2ポリマーを含む熱可塑性ポリマー混合物、充填剤、発泡剤、架橋剤および反応性添加剤を含み、
上記の充填剤は熱可塑性ポリマー混合物100重量部に対して5〜50重量部に含まれて、上記の充填剤の粒径が20μm未満であることを特徴とする耐熱性が向上された軽量シューズの製造用の組成物。 - エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体、エチレンオクテン共重合体、エチレンブテン共重合体の中から選択されたいずれか一つ以上を含む第1ポリマーと溶融点が100〜140℃である第2ポリマーを含む熱可塑性ポリマー混合物、充填剤、発泡剤、および架橋剤を含み、

- 上記の第2ポリマーは低密度ポリエチレン(LDPE)、線形低密度ポリエチレン(LLDPE)および高密度ポリエチレン(HDPE)の中から選択されるいずれか一つ以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の耐熱性が向上された軽量シューズの製造用の組成物。
- 上記の充填剤は炭酸カルシウム、炭酸マグネシウム、シリカ、カーボンブラックおよび硫酸カルシウムからなる群より選択されるいずれか一つ以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載された耐熱性が向上された軽量シューズの製造用の組成物。
- 上記の反応性添加剤はシランカップリング剤、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリプロピレングリコールおよびイタコン酸からなる群より選択されるいずれか一つ以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の耐熱性が向上された軽量シューズの製造用の組成物。
