Abstract
Description
a)窒素含有洗浄活性成分と、
b)酸基、好ましくはカルボン酸基を有する悪臭低減剤と、を含む。
窒素含有洗浄活性成分は、好ましくは、アミノカルボン酸系錯化剤、アミンオキシド界面活性剤、洗浄アミン、窒素を含むポリマー、及びこれらの混合物からなる群の塩から選択される。好ましくは、窒素含有洗浄活性成分はアミノカルボン酸系錯化剤である。
錯化剤は、硬質イオン、特にカルシウム及び/又はマグネシウムを封鎖することが可能な物質である。
アミンオキシド界面活性剤は、本発明の組成物での使用に有用である。C10〜C18アルキルジメチルアミンオキシド及びC10〜18アシルアミドアルキルジメチルアミンオキシドが好ましい。
悪臭低減剤としての使用に適した物質としては、モノマー性又はポリマー性カルボン酸が挙げられる。好ましい有機酸としては、クエン酸、アスコルビン酸、シュウ酸、アジピン酸、コハク酸、グルタル酸、リンゴ酸、酒石酸、マレイン酸、フマル酸、糖酸、脂肪酸、及びこれらの混合物がある。特に好ましい有機酸は、シュウ酸、アジピン酸、クエン酸及び脂肪酸である。カルボン酸系モノマー(carboxylic monomer)を含有するポリマーが、本明細書での使用に有用である。好適なポリマーとしては、アクリル酸のホモポリマー、並びにアクリル酸とメタクリル酸とのコポリマー、及びアクリル酸又はメタクリル酸とマレイン酸とのコポリマーが挙げられる。本明細書での使用にとりわけ好ましい悪臭低減剤は、クエン酸、アスコルビン酸、シュウ酸、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される。
ポリマーは、存在する場合、組成物の約0.1重量%〜約30重量%、好ましくは0.5重量%〜約20重量%、より好ましくは1重量%〜10重量%の任意の好適な量で使用される。好ましくは、分散剤ポリマーは、スルホン化ポリマー、より好ましくは、2−アクリルアミド−2−メチルプロパンスルホン酸モノマーとカルボキシルモノマーとを含むスルホン化ポリマーである。
例えば、多種多様の修飾された若しくは非修飾のポリアクリレート、ポリアクリレート/マレエート、又はポリアクリレート/メタクリレートが高度に有用である。これらのポリマーは優れた分散剤であり、特に本発明の組成物中に使用される場合に全体の洗剤の性能を向上させると考えられる。
本明細書に記載される好適なスルホン化ポリマーは、約100,000Da以下、好ましくは約75,000Da以下、より好ましくは約50,000Da以下、より好ましくは約3,000Da〜約50,000、特に約5,000Da〜約45,000Daの重量平均分子量を有することができる。
本方法は、悪臭低減剤を窒素含有洗浄活性成分に添加する工程を含む。悪臭の低減効果を得るためには、悪臭低減剤が水の非存在下で添加されることが不可欠である。好ましくは、窒素含有洗浄活性成分はMGDAであり、悪臭低減剤はクエン酸である。
微粉末(例えばシリカ及び硫酸ナトリウムなどの原材料)の重量中央粒径(Dw50)を測定するためにはこの試験方法を使用しなければならない。微粉末の重量中央粒径(Dw50)は、ISO 8130−13、「コーティング粉末−第13部、レーザー回折による粒径分析」(Coating powders-Part 13:Particle size analysis by laser diffraction.)に従って測定される。乾燥粉末フィーダーを備えた好適なレーザー回折粒径分析装置は、Horiba Instruments Incorporated(Irvine,California,U.S.A.)、Malvern Instruments Ltd(Worcestershire,UK)、Sympatec GmbH(Clausthal−Zellerfeld,Germany)、及びBeckman−Coulter Incorporated(Fullerton,California,U.S.A.)より入手することができる。
本発明の粒子は、洗浄組成物、特に粉末組成物中での使用に適している。好ましくは、本発明の組成物は自動食器洗い用組成物である。
本発明の組成物は、好ましくは、組成物の約1〜約20%、より好ましくは約5〜約18%、更により好ましくは約8〜約15%の漂白剤を含む。
漂白活性化剤は、典型的には、60℃以下の温度での洗浄の過程で漂白作用を強化する有機過酸前駆体である。本明細書における使用に適した漂白活性化剤は、過加水分解条件下で、好ましくは1〜12個の炭素原子、特に2〜10個の炭素原子を有する脂肪族ペルオキシカルボン酸、及び/又は任意追加的に、置換過安息香酸を生成する化合物を含む。好適な物質は、炭素原子の数が指定されているO−アシル基及び/若しくはN−アシル基並び/又は任意追加的に置換ベンゾイル基を有する。ポリアシル化アルキレンジアミン、特にテトラアセチルエチレンジアミン(TAED)、アシル化トリアジン誘導体、特に1,5−ジアセチル−2,4−ジオキソヘキサヒドロ−1,3,5−トリアジン(DADHT)、アシル化グリコールウリル、特にテトラアセチルグリコールウリル(TAGU)、N−アシルイミド、特にN−ノナノイルスクシンイミド(NOSI)、アシル化フェノールスルホネート、特にn−ノナノイル−又はイソノナノイルオキシベンゼンスルホネート(n−又はイソ−NOBS)、デカノイルオキシ安息香酸(DOBA)、無水カルボン酸、特に無水フタル酸、アシル化多価アルコール、特にトリアセチン、二酢酸エチレングリコール及び2,5−ジアセトキシ−2,5−ジヒドロフラン、並びにクエン酸トリエチルアセチル(TEAC)も好まれる。存在する場合、本発明の組成物は、組成物の0.01〜5、好ましくは0.2〜2重量%の漂白活性化剤、好ましくはTAEDを含む。
本明細書の組成物は、好ましくは、漂白触媒、好ましくは金属含有漂白触媒を含有する。より好ましくは、金属含有漂白触媒は、遷移金属含有漂白触媒、とりわけマンガン又はコバルト含有漂白触媒である。
本発明の組成物は、好ましくは、無機ビルダーを含む。好適な無機ビルダーは、炭酸塩、ケイ酸塩、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される。炭酸ナトリウムが本明細書での使用にとりわけ好ましい。本発明の組成物は、好ましくは、組成物の5〜50%、より好ましくは10〜40%、とりわけ15〜30%の炭酸ナトリウムを含む。
本明細書での使用に適した界面活性剤には、非イオン性界面活性剤が挙げられ、好ましくは、組成物は、いかなる他の界面活性剤も含まない。従来より、非イオン性界面活性剤は、フィルム形成及びスポッティングを回避し、光沢を改善するための表面改質、特にシート化を目的として、自動食器洗浄機において使用されてきた。非イオン性界面活性剤は、汚れの再堆積の防止にも寄与することができることが判明している。

結晶成長抑制剤は、炭酸カルシウム結晶に結合して、アラゴナイト及び方解石などの種の更なる成長を防止することができる材料である。

洗剤パックは、カップ、トレー、ジャー、ボトル、バッグ、ボックスなどであってよく、パックは、好ましくは、再閉鎖可能なものである。好ましくは、包装容器は、38℃かつ相対湿度90%における水蒸気透過速度が0.25g/m2/日未満である。本明細書における使用に適した包装容器としては、国際公開第02/20361号に記載されるものが挙げられる。特に好ましい包装容器としては、好ましくは逆止弁を有する、国際公開第03/047998号の4頁、第6〜26行目及び図1に記載されるような自立式可撓性バッグがある。パックは、好ましくは再閉鎖可能な可撓性バッグであり、好ましくは自立式である。
粒子A
58gの無水クエン酸と水で100gの飽和溶液を作製した。
99gのTrilon Mと、40〜70ミクロンの粒径にまで予め粉砕した1gの市販の無水クエン酸とをPascall社製転動ミキサー(容量1kgの混合ボール)に添加し、カスケード状の流れが得られる速度で互いに混合した。
100gの各組成物をバッグに入れて密封した。使用したバッグは、積層ポリエチレン(厚さ12ミクロン)と積層ポリエチレンテレフタレート(80ミクロン)とから形成されたジップロックバッグであった。バッグの寸法は、高さ19cm、幅8.2cm、及び長さ19cmであった。次いでこのバッグを、32℃、相対湿度80%のオーブン内に3週間置き、一定の間隔で試料の採取を行った。試料の採取は、北川式(AP−20)ガス吸引ポンプに取り付けられたアンモニア検出管をバッグに刺し通してバッグのヘッドスペース内の空気中アンモニア濃度を測定して行った。

- a)塩の形態の窒素含有洗浄活性成分であって、25℃で測定される前記塩の1重量%水溶液のpHが9超であり、前記窒素含有洗浄活性成分がメチルグリシン二酢酸(MGDA)の塩である、窒素含有洗浄活性成分と、
b)クエン酸である悪臭低減剤と、を含む、単位用量形態である自動食器洗い組成物用の粒子を作製する方法であって、
前記悪臭低減剤を前記窒素含有洗浄活性成分に添加する工程を含み、前記悪臭低減剤が水の非存在下で添加され、
前記窒素含有洗浄活性成分を含有する予備粒子を形成し、前記予備粒子を前記悪臭低減剤と混和する工程を含み、前記予備粒子及び前記悪臭低減剤がいずれも固体形態である、
