Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施例1の水中用レーザ光源の構成図である。図1に示す水中用レーザ光源は、例えば、水中光無線通信用レーザ光源に適用され、水中で使用される耐水圧容器Aを備える。耐水圧容器Aは、円筒部1と、円筒部1の一端に設けられた蓋2と、円筒部1の一端に対向する他端に設けられた窓付蓋3とからなる。
図2は、本発明の実施例2の水中用レーザ光源の構成図である。実施例2の水中用レーザ光源では、図1に示す複数の半導体レーザ11a〜11fが、互いに異なる中心波長を持つ第一LD群14と第二LD群15とから構成されていることを特徴とする。
図3は、本発明の実施例3の水中用レーザ光源の構成図である。実施例3の水中用レーザ光源は、耐水圧容器A内には、単一の半導体レーザ16と、コリメートレンズ12a、コリメートレンズ12aからのレーザ光を集光させる集光レンズ13aと、集光レンズ13aで集光されたレーザ光を入射する光ファイバ22と、光ファイバ22から出射されるレーザ光を水中に出射させる光出射窓4とを備えることを特徴とする。

Claims (7)
- 水中で使用され、光出射窓を備える耐水圧容器を備え、
前記耐水圧容器内には、複数の半導体レーザと、
前記複数の半導体レーザからの各レーザ光を集光させ、集光された各レーザ光を前記光出射窓に出射させる集光レンズと、
が設けられていることを特徴とする水中用レーザ光源。 - 前記集光レンズで集光された各レーザ光を入射し、入射した各レーザ光を前記光出射窓に出射する光ファイバを備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の水中用レーザ光源。
- 前記複数の半導体レーザは、前記耐水圧容器の一端に接触して配置され、前記光出射窓は、前記耐水圧容器の一端と対向する他端に配置され、前記光ファイバの出射側は、前記光出射窓の付近に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の水中用レーザ光源。
- 前記複数の半導体レーザは、互いに異なる中心波長を持つ複数の半導体レーザ群から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項項記載の水中用レーザ光源。
- 水中で使用され、光出射窓を備える耐水圧容器を備え、
前記耐水圧容器内には、単一の半導体レーザと、
前記単一の半導体レーザからのレーザ光を集光させる集光レンズと、
前記集光レンズで集光されたレーザ光を入射する光ファイバと、
前記光ファイバから出射されるレーザ光を前記水中に出射させる光出射窓と、
を備えることを特徴とする水中用レーザ光源。 - 前記単一の半導体レーザは、前記耐水圧容器の一端に接触して配置され、前記光出射窓は、前記耐水圧容器の一端と対向する他端に配置され、前記光ファイバの出射側は、前記光出射窓の付近に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の水中用レーザ光源。
- 前記半導体レーザの中心波長は、350nm〜850nmの帯域内のいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項記載の水中用レーザ光源。
