Description

The present invention relates to an exercise bike aimed at improving athletic ability mainly for short-distance running.

In the world, people are using muscles when riding bicycles, in other words, the way of sawing is almost the same, but there are people who are always stroking the pedal fast and others who are struggling slowly Each person has individual differences.

Like a person's personality, if you try to train your muscles for the same purpose with the same bike, there are places where you can train. Isn't it surprising that just by riding a bicycle like the familiar city cycle (see Non-Patent Document 1 and Non-Patent Document 2), the athletic ability increases?

Currently, exercise bikes, which are bicycle-type training machines, are mainly used for aerobic exercise, endurance and maintaining health. Of course, there are manufacturers that raise the instantaneous power as one of the improvements, but in fact people in the world often do not take exercise bikes as an option when seeking to improve short-distance running, and it seems that they do not rely on this field The fact is.

The problem to be solved is to improve athletic ability (short-distance running) with an exercise bike.

In the present invention, load training of leg power is performed on a bicycle that raises the posture of the upper body rather than for a road race called city cycle, and in order to practice this, a handle 1 in the shape of a dragonfly handle 1 that is easy to apply force to the body. “Exercise bikes for training to improve athletic ability (short-distance running)” provide a training-specific environment that employs the. After carefully preparing for the exercise, place your foot on the pedal 3 at a position where it is easy to apply force, and do not stand up, but the load is applied to the current position 12 of the screen or the road gradient screen 13 in another window in the screen. Drive to the target point 11 while grasping. It should be noted that a manual gear change by the button switch 9 can be used to increase or decrease the load, and fatigue can be adjusted by the training content. And by taking on the challenge of personal best, it is a feature that you can train your maximum muscle strength and increase your exercise capacity by using the pedal 3 with the crank 6 length suitable for your size.

The exercise bike for improving athletic ability (short-distance running) of the present invention was born from the goal of improving athletic ability (short-distance running), so this familiar training machine for those who tackle these issues Will be reconsidered as something that allows for a wider range of training from new discoveries and expectations of results.

FIG. 1 shows the appearance of an exercise bike for training to improve athletic ability (short-distance running) and a state where it is actually used. FIG. 2 shows a dragonfly handle 1 indicating a handle type of an exercise bike for improving exercise ability (short-distance running) and an electronic device 8 that displays a load setting operation and a status display during training. FIG. 3 shows the contents of the training screen of the electronic device 8 installed on the handle 1 during training.

This is a load training method centering on leg power by using city cycle that raises the posture of the upper body than a road racing bicycle, as shown in FIG. The position of the handle 1, the saddle 4 and the pedal 3 is the same as in the actual city cycle. A load device that can change the amount of load applied to the work by the leg force using the pedal 3 and a built-in program that can be manually or automatically operated by the electronic device 8 are mounted. In addition, the handle 1 is an exercise bike adopting a shape called a dragonfly handle 1 as shown in FIG. Required. As shown in FIG. 3, the screen of the cycling course 10, its current position 12, and the current load environment (uphill, downhill, plane) screen 13 are displayed on the electronic device 8 installed on the handle 1. The load automatically increases on the uphill, decreases on the downhill, and returns to the original flat state on the plane. The button switch 9 on the side of the screen in FIG. 3 is set so as to reduce the load by manually changing gears or to increase the speed even though the load is applied. In this training, it is forbidden to keep the pedal 3 standing while it deviates from the goal of this training.

FIG. 1 is an exercise bike for training to improve athletic ability (short-distance running) of the apparatus of the present invention, and shows a state where it is actually used. Reference numerals 1 to 7 denote the handle 1, the stem 2, the pedal 3, the saddle 4, the seat post 5, the crank 6, and the stopper 7, respectively. 2 shows the screen display content of the handle 1 portion and the electronic device 8 of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 shows the screen display content of the electronic device 8 of FIG.

First of all, since it is an exercise, make sure that the preparatory exercise is done firmly. For example, the legs and hips are mainly used in addition to the general radio exercises, so the exercise of stretching the arch of pedal 3 measures and the muscles in the vicinity of it for stretching, stretching and stretching of the Achilles tendon (that is, the stretching of the Achilles tendon with the heel of the stretched side raised) The exercise that can be done in the future, such as the Achilles tendon and the arch that can be stretched slowly in the crotch, can be done.

Next, sit on the saddle 4 of the exercise bike and place your feet on the left and right pedals 3 respectively. The position where you step on pedal 3 is between the base of your toes and the arch. Just use this part that is supported when you raise the heel when you are in a state of squeezing the power with high load training.

When the button switch 9 in the electronic device 8 on the handle 1 in FIG. 2 is turned on, and a male and female character and a cycling course 10 are selected, a start screen appears and a countdown starts, so preparation for the start of training is made.

In the so-called “Standing” where the pedal 3 is pedaled while standing, the muscle strength used in this training method is not sufficiently trained, so the load is applied by the gear change button switch 9 in the electronic device 8 while sitting on the saddle 4 to the last. If it is too heavy, reduce it, and if it is light, adjust it by selecting increase (acceleration). First of all, without aiming at personal best anyway, it aims at the completion to the target point 11 anyway.

When you get used to the training, use the button switch 9 to gradually increase the load of the gear change and become aware of the speedup and aim to update your personal best. In this way we aim to increase muscle strength.

When you get used to the situation under a heavy load, try to measure the time with a short-distance run (50M run etc.). Even if you don't take the time, you can feel that if you have a feeling that the response and response of your thighs are more agile than before when you step forward one step at a time while you are running. Just like the thighs remember the situation of high load on an exercise bike, it seems that the legs come out in front of you.

Contributing to the population growth of people with excellent athletic ability and healthy people. There is also a return to social activities with improved athletic ability. In addition, if the exercise function (short-distance running) improvement exercise bike is equipped with a power generation function, the contribution of self-power generation is expected.

After carefully preparing for the operation, place your foot on the pedal 3 at a position where it is easy to apply force, and load is applied to the current position 12 on the screen or the road gradient screen 13 in another window in the screen without standing. Drive to the target point 11 while grasping the situation. In addition, it is possible to adjust the load using the manual gear change by the button switch 9 and adjust the fatigue according to the training content. And by taking the challenge to the personal best, it is characterized by the ability to train the maximum muscle strength and improve the exercise capacity by using the pedal 3 with the crank 6 length suitable for my size. .

This is a load training centered on leg strength by using the city cycle that raises the upper body posture than a bicycle for road racing, and as shown in FIG. 1, around the handle 1 such as the handle 1 and the stem 2, the pedal 3 and the user. The position of the handle 1, the saddle 4 and the pedal 3 is the same as the actual city cycle. The load device which can change the amount of the load that gives the work by the leg force using the pedal 3 and the internal program which can be manually or automatically operated by the electronic device 8 are mounted. In addition, the handle 1 is an exercise bike adopting a shape called a dragonfly handle 1 as shown in FIG. To.

For example, since the legs and hips are mainly used in addition to the radio exercises, the exercise of stretching the arch of pedal 3 measures and the muscles in the vicinity to stretch, extend and extend the Achilles tendon (that is, increase the extension of the Achilles tendon while raising the heel on the extension side) The exercise that can be done in the future, such as the Achilles tendon and the arch that can be stretched slowly in the crotch, can be done.

Next, sit on the saddle 4 of the exercise bike and place your feet on the left and right pedals 3 respectively. The position where the foot is placed on the pedal 3 of both feet is the part of the sole of the foot where the force is applied when lifting the heel with full force, especially the part supported by the sole of the foot between the base of the toe and the arch , Just like `` kicking '' with karate, etc., where the sole of the foot is used, it is called `` Toryu '' and `` upper sole '', and the index finger rather than the thumb in the horizontal range ~ At the bottom of the ring finger, the center of gravity is applied to the ring finger, and the force is applied with the heel lifted. Then, just use this part that is supported when raising the heel.

When you get used to the amount of training, use the button switch 9 to gradually increase the speed of the gear change, aiming to update your personal best. In this way, we aim to increase muscular strength by increasing the time for pedaling with full power.

When you get used to the situation under a heavy load, try to measure the time with a short-distance run (50M run etc.).
