Abstract
【解決手段】油圧供給システムSは、エンジンの動力により作動する機械式オイルポンプ202と、モータの動力により作動する電動式オイルポンプ204と、機械式オイルポンプ202および電動式オイルポンプ204に接続され、機械式オイルポンプ202および電動式オイルポンプ204から供給されるオイルが流通する第1流路R1と、第1流路R1から分岐し、トルクコンバータ110を介してオイルパンTにオイルを還流させる第2流路R2と、電動式オイルポンプ204から送出されるオイルにより、第2流路R2を閉鎖する遮断機構(トルコン圧制御弁14、接続流路218)と、を備える。

Claims (4)
- エンジンの動力により作動する機械式オイルポンプと、
モータの動力により作動する電動式オイルポンプと、
前記機械式オイルポンプおよび前記電動式オイルポンプに接続され、前記機械式オイルポンプおよび前記電動式オイルポンプから供給されるオイルが流通する第1流路と、
前記第1流路から分岐し、トルクコンバータを介してオイルパンにオイルを還流させる第2流路と、
前記電動式オイルポンプから送出されるオイルにより、前記第2流路を閉鎖する遮断機構と、
を備えた油圧供給システム。 - 前記遮断機構は、
前記第2流路のうち前記トルクコンバータよりも上流側に設けられ、前記第2流路を流通するオイルの油圧を、前記トルクコンバータに供給可能な油圧に制御するトルコン圧制御弁と、
前記電動式オイルポンプと前記トルコン圧制御弁とを接続する接続流路と、
を有し、
前記トルコン圧制御弁は、前記接続流路から供給されるオイルの油圧によって、前記第2流路を閉鎖する請求項1に記載の油圧供給システム。 - 前記遮断機構は、
前記第2流路のうち前記トルクコンバータよりも下流側に設けられ、前記第2流路を開閉する第2流路遮断弁と、
前記電動式オイルポンプと前記第2流路遮断弁とを接続する接続流路と、
を有し、
前記第2流路遮断弁は、前記接続流路から供給されるオイルの油圧によって、前記第2流路を閉鎖する請求項1に記載の油圧供給システム。 - 前記第1流路のうち前記機械式オイルポンプから送出されるオイルと前記電動式オイルポンプから送出されるオイルとが合流する合流部と、前記電動式オイルポンプと、の間に設けられる第1流路逆止弁を有し、
前記接続流路は、前記第1流路逆止弁と、前記電動式オイルポンプと、の間に接続される請求項2または3に記載の油圧供給システム。
