Claims (6)
- 車両幅方向の右側及び左側に配置されそれぞれ車両前後方向に延伸する一対のサイドメンバと、
底面側が前記サイドメンバに締結された電池パックと、
前記電池パックの上方側で車両幅方向に延在し車両のボデーに固定された後部上方骨格部材と、
を備え、
前記電池パックの上面側は、前記後部上方骨格部材に固定されている、車両後部構造。 - 前記電池パックの上面側は、締結部材を介して前記後部上方骨格部材と固定されている、請求項1に記載の車両後部構造。
- 前記締結部材は、
前記電池パックの上面と平行であると共に前記電池パックの上面に対する第一締結部を有する第一面と、
前記電池パックの上面に対し前記後部上方骨格部材の前面が成す角度に対応する角度で前記第一面に一体成形されていると共に、前記第一締結部に対し車両幅方向の車両外側でかつ車両上下方向の上方側に配置され前記後部上方骨格部材の前記前面に対する第二締結部を有する第二面と、
を含む、請求項2に記載の車両後部構造。 - 前記第一締結部及び前記第二締結部は、締結用の長穴を有する、請求項3に記載の車両後部構造。
- 前記後部上方骨格部材は、
車両の客室と荷室とを仕切り、周縁部がリアホイールハウス部に結合されていると共に、前記リアホイールハウス部から車両上下方向及び車両幅方向に延在しているアッパーバック周縁部と、
前記アッパーバック周縁部に接続して前記荷室の上方側に車両前後方向と車両幅方向に延在しており、前記荷室の上壁部を構成するアッパーバックパネル部と、
を含むアッパーバック構造部材であって、
前記電池パックの上面側は、前記締結部材を介して、前記アッパーバック周縁部における車両幅方向の延在部分と車両上下方向の延在部分とのコーナー部に締結されている、請求項3に記載の車両後部構造。 - 前記締結部材は、
前記第一締結部と前記第二締結部とを結ぶ方向に平行に形成されたビード部を有する、請求項5に記載の車両後部構造。
