Abstract

図1は、本実施形態に係る超音波探触子1を備える超音波診断装置13の外観斜視図である。
図2は、超音波探触子1の全体構造の一例を示す断面図である。この超音波探触子1は、超音波診断に用いられる探触子であり、その一部を被検者の体腔内に挿入し、当該体腔内において超音波を走査可能な体腔内挿入型探触子である。
図3は、図2の先端格納部7を拡大した断面図である。先端格納部7は、超音波探触子1の筐体の一部をなすウインドウ9と保持部材であるフレーム10とが接合されて構成されており、圧電素子ユニット3と、それを保持し揺動させるための揺動機構部2と、超音波信号を伝達するための音響媒体液6が充填される内部空間15を備える。

- 前記音響媒体液は、前記筐体の一部をなすウインドウと、前記筐体のフレームとにより液密に封止された内部空間を充填し、

- 前記ウインドウは、ポリ−α−オレフィンオイルを混合したポリメチルペンテンを含む材料からなる、請求項8に記載の超音波探触子。
- 前記ウインドウは、その全質量に対する前記ポリ−α−オレフィンオイルの含有量が6%以上19%以下である前記材料からなる、請求項9に記載の超音波探触子。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の超音波探触子を備える超音波診断装置。
