Description

・ 18分、280℃、160bar、1000ワット
t10: 10%の転化率に到達した時間
t90: 90%の転化率に到達した時間
ΔS’: 最大トルクと最小トルクの差。
Claims (14)
- クロロプレンゴム、架橋剤、および加硫促進剤を含む架橋性組成物であって、エチレンチオ尿素の含量が、クロロプレンゴムの全量を規準にして、0.5重量%未満であり、そして、前記クロロプレンゴムが、クロロプレンゴムの全量を規準にして、第2又は第3番目の典型元素族からの金属のカチオンを、0.25重量%よりも多い量で含み、そしてレジネートアニオンを2.5重量%より多くかつ4.5重量%未満の量で含む、架橋性組成物。
- 前記第2又は第3番目の典型元素族からの金属のカチオンが、カルシウム、マグネシウム、アルミニウム、またはそれらの組合せ、好ましくはカルシウム、マグネシウム、またはそれらの組合せ、最も好ましくはカルシウムから選択される、請求項1に記載の架橋性組成物。
- 第2又は第3番目の典型元素族からの金属のカチオンの量が、0.25重量%〜0.40重量%、好ましくは0.26重量%〜0.35重量%である、請求項1または2に記載の架橋性組成物。
- レジネートアニオンの量が、2.7重量%よりも多く、好ましくは2.9重量%〜3.7重量%の間である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の架橋性組成物。
- 前記架橋剤が、金属酸化物、好ましくは酸化亜鉛および酸化マグネシウム、ならびにそれらの混合物から選択される金属酸化物である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の架橋性組成物。
- 前記加硫促進剤が、N−メチル−チアゾリジン−2−チオン、ヘキサメチレンテトラミン、およびトリアジン誘導体、好ましくはN−メチル−チアゾリジン−2−チオンから選択される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の架橋性組成物。
- 前記クロロプレンゴムが、ポリクロロプレンラテックスのpHを、10.5より高く、かつ13.5以下、好ましくは11.0〜13.2の間の値に調節する工程、および前記pHを調節したラテックスを、第2又は第3番目の典型元素族の金属の塩、好ましくはカルシウムおよび/またはマグネシウムの塩を添加することによって、凝集させる工程を含むプロセスによって得られる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の架橋性組成物。
- エチレンチオ尿素の含量が、クロロプレンゴムの全量を規準にして、0.1重量%未満、好ましくは0.01重量%未満である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の架橋性組成物。
- 加硫物を製造するための方法であって、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の架橋性組成物を、100℃〜200℃、好ましくは140℃〜180℃の温度に加熱することを特徴とする、方法。
- 加硫物であって、請求項9に記載の方法によるか、または請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の架橋性組成物から得ることが可能な、加硫物。
- 請求項10に記載の加硫物を含む成形体、好ましくは空気バネ、コンベヤベルト、ベルト、cvブーツ、橋梁支承、ワイパーブレード、またはダイビングスーツ。
- クロロプレンゴムの使用であって、クロロプレンゴムの全量を規準にして、第2又は第3番目の典型元素族からの金属、好ましくはカルシウム、マグネシウム、アルミニウム、またはそれらの組合せ、より好ましくはカルシウム、マグネシウム、またはそれらの組合せ、最も好ましくはカルシウムのカチオンを0.25重量%よりも多い量で含み、そしてレジネートアニオンを、2.5重量%よりも多くかつ4.5重量%未満で含むクロロプレンゴムの、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の架橋性組成物、請求項10に記載の加硫物、または請求項11に記載の成形体を製造するための、使用。
- 第2又は第3番目の典型元素族からの金属のカチオンの量が、0.25重量%〜0.40重量%、好ましくは0.26重量%〜0.35重量%である、請求項12に記載のクロロプレンゴムの使用。
- レジネートアニオンの量が、2.7重量%よりも多い、好ましくは2.9重量%〜3.7重量%の間である、請求項12または13に記載のクロロプレンゴムの使用。
