Abstract
Description
対向する主上面及び主底面を有するフレキシブル基板と、
基板の上面に配置された螺旋形状を有し、かつ、第1端部と第2端部との間に長さを有するアンテナと、
アンテナの第1端部に配置され、かつ、その第1端部と電気的に通信する第1端子と、
アンテナの第2端部に配置され、かつ、その第2端部と電気的に通信する第2端子と、
第1端部と第2端部との間のアンテナの長さに沿って集積回路を実装するためのパッド部と、を備え、パッド部は、アンテナと電気的に通信し、パッド部を除いて、第1端部と第2端部との間のアンテナの長さの少なくとも90パーセントに沿ったアンテナの曲率半径は、約0.1mmを超え、かつ、約10mm未満である、無線周波数識別タグ。
フレキシブル基板と、
フレキシブル基板の主表面上に配置され、かつ、複数の第1ゾーン及び複数の第2ゾーンを形成する複数の実質的に同心のループを有するアンテナと、を備え、各第1ゾーンは、複数の同心の第1円弧を含み、複数の第1ゾーンにおける各第1円弧は、約60度〜約120度の範囲の同じ第1円弧角度を有し、各第2ゾーンは、複数の同心の第2円弧を含み、複数の第2ゾーンにおける各第2円弧は、約160度〜約200度の範囲の同じ第2円弧角度を有する、無線周波数識別タグ。
フレキシブル基板と、
フレキシブル基板の主表面上に配置され、かつ、最も内側のループと最も外側のループとの間の複数の中間ループを含む、複数の実質的に同心のループを有するアンテナであって、各中間ループは複数の交互の凹部及び凸部を含む、アンテナと、を備え、中間ループの長さの少なくとも90パーセントに沿った曲率半径は、約0.1mm〜約4mmの範囲である、無線周波数識別タグ。
対向する主上面及び主底面を有する伸縮基板と、
複数の交差する行と列の形態で伸縮基板の主上面上に配置され、フィルムアセンブリの伸縮性を伸縮基板よりも小さくする、第1材料であって、行と列は複数の閉じたセルを画定する、第1材料と、
各閉じたセルにおいて伸縮基板上に配置され、かつ、第1材料から分離された、無線周波数識別タグにおいて使用されるアンテナであって、当該アンテナは螺旋形状を有する細長い導電性の電極を含む、アンテナと、を備える、フィルムアセンブリ。
第1の長さを有する第1伸縮層と、
第1伸縮層の上面に配置され、かつ、第1の長さを有する第1接着剤層と、
第1接着剤層の上面に配置され、かつ、第1の長さよりも短い第2の長さを有する第2伸縮層と、
螺旋形状を有し、かつ、第2伸縮層の上面又は第2伸縮層の底面に配置された、アンテナを含む無線周波数識別タグと、
第2伸縮層上に配置され、第1の長さ未満であり、第2の長さを超える第3の長さを有し、かつ、第2伸縮層を封入する、第2接着剤層と、
第2接着剤層の上面に配置され、かつ、第3の長さを有する、第3伸縮層と、を備える、多層積層体。
Claims (10)
- 対向する主上面及び主底面を有するフレキシブル基板と、
前記基板の前記上面に配置された螺旋形状を有し、かつ、第1端部と第2端部との間に長さを有するアンテナと、
前記アンテナの前記第1端部に配置され、かつ、当該第1端部と電気的に通信する第1端子と、
前記アンテナの前記第2端部に配置され、かつ、当該第2端部と電気的に通信する第2端子と、
前記第1端部と前記第2端部との間の前記アンテナの前記長さに沿って集積回路を実装するためのパッド部と、を備え、前記パッド部は、前記アンテナと電気的に通信し、前記パッド部を除いて、前記第1端部と前記第2端部との間の前記アンテナの長さの少なくとも90パーセントに沿った前記アンテナの曲率半径は、約0.1mmを超え、かつ、約10mm未満である、無線周波数識別タグ。 - フレキシブル基板と、
前記フレキシブル基板の主表面上に配置され、かつ、複数の第1ゾーン及び複数の第2ゾーンを形成する複数の実質的に同心のループを有するアンテナと、を備え、各第1ゾーンは、複数の同心の第1円弧を含み、前記複数の第1ゾーンにおける各第1円弧は、約60度〜約120度の範囲の同じ第1円弧角度を有し、各第2ゾーンは、複数の同心の第2円弧を含み、前記複数の第2ゾーンにおける各第2円弧は、約160度〜約200度の範囲の同じ第2円弧角度を有する、無線周波数識別タグ。 - 前記円弧の実質的に全長に沿って、各第1及び各第2円弧の曲率半径は、約1mm〜約5mmの範囲である、請求項2に記載の無線周波数識別タグ。
- 前記複数の第1及び第2ゾーンの各ゾーンにおける各円弧の端部は、前記複数の第1及び第2ゾーンの異なるゾーンにおける円弧の端部に接続されて複合円弧を形成し、前記複合円弧の実質的に全長すべてに沿った前記複合円弧の曲率半径は、約1mm〜約5mmの範囲にある、請求項2に記載の無線周波数識別タグ。
- 前記アンテナは、複数の頂点及び辺を有する実質的に多角形の形状を有し、各第1ゾーンは、辺に沿って配置され、各第2ゾーンは、頂点に配置されている、請求項2に記載の無線周波数識別タグ。
- フレキシブル基板と、
前記フレキシブル基板の主表面上に配置され、かつ、最も内側のループと最も外側のループとの間の複数の中間ループを含む、複数の実質的に同心のループを有するアンテナであって、各中間ループは複数の交互の凹部及び凸部を含む、アンテナと、を備え、前記中間ループの長さの少なくとも90パーセントに沿った曲率半径は、約0.1mm〜約4mmの範囲である、無線周波数識別タグ。 - フィルムアセンブリであって、
対向する主上面及び主底面を有する伸縮基板と、
複数の交差する行と列の形態で前記伸縮基板の前記主上面上に配置され、前記フィルムアセンブリの伸縮性を前記伸縮基板よりも小さくする、第1材料であって、前記行と列は複数の閉じたセルを画定する、第1材料と、

前記第2接着剤層の上面に配置され、かつ、前記第3の長さを有する、第3伸縮層と、を備える、多層積層体。 - 前記アンテナは、前記第2伸縮層の前記上面上に配置され、かつ、最も内側のループと最も外側のループとの間の複数の中間ループを含む、複数の実質的に同心のループを含み、各中間ループは複数の交互の凹部及び凸部を含み、前記中間ループの長さの少なくとも90パーセントに沿った曲率半径は、約0.1mm〜約4mmの範囲である、請求項9に記載の多層積層体。
