Abstract
【解決手段】少なくとも2つの軸受け部材4,5,6,7を含み、この軸受け部材4,5,6,7は、鋳造形成が行われる中空糸フィルタモジュールの筐体8,9を保持するために遠心軸3に対して直径方向に沿って配置され、軸受け部材4,5,6,7は各々、遠心軸3に平行な軸受け軸15の周りに回転可能な状態で遠心機台1に保持される遠心機台1。

Claims (10)
- 中空糸フィルタモジュールの筐体端を鋳造形成するための遠心機台(1)であり、遠心軸(3)の周りに回転可能である遠心機台(1)において、前記遠心機台(1)は少なくとも2つの軸受け部材(4,5,6,7)を含み、この軸受け部材(4,5,6,7)は、鋳造形成が行われる中空糸フィルタモジュールの筐体(8,9)を保持するために前記遠心軸(3)に対して直径方向に配置されるものであり、さらに、前記軸受け部材(4,5,6,7)は各々、前記遠心軸(3)に平行な軸受け軸(15)の周りに回転可能な状態で前記遠心機台(1)に保持されることを特徴とした遠心機台(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの前記軸受け部材(4,5,6,7)は、各々対応する軸受け軸(15)に対する角度位置をスナップ位置決めにより固定することが可能な方法で保持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心機台(1)。
- 前記軸受け部材(4,5,6,7)は各々軸受け軸ピン(17,18)を有し、これにより、前記軸受け部材(4,5,6,7)は、遠心軸(3)の周りに回転可能な台座2上に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の遠心機台(1)。
- 前記軸受け部材(4,5,6,7)は各々軸受け頭部(10)を有し、前記軸受け頭部(10)は、前記対応する軸受け軸(15)を横切る面の断面が、四角形、六角形、或いは八角形であり、好ましくは、正方形、正六角形、正八角形であり、さらに、前記軸受け頭部(10)は各々、対応する数の外壁(11,12,13,14)を有し、前記外壁(11,12,13,14)は、それぞれ前記軸受け軸に対して接平面を形成しており、前記断面は円形であってもよいことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の遠心機台(1)。
- 前記軸受け頭部(10)は、違った種類の筐体(8,9)を受容するため、複数の違った形状の受け部構造(16)を有し、好ましくは、この受け部構造(16)は、その側部が台座(2)から離れるように形成され、さらに、前記受け部構造は、各々、筐体(8,9)のうち対応する一つを受容するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の遠心機台(1)。
- 前記軸受け頭部(10)は、違った種類の筐体(8,9)を受容するため、軸受け軸(15)の周りを回転することにより、複数の異なる形状の受け部構造(16)から一つ選択して適用するように設計されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の遠心機台(1)。
- 前記受け部構造(16)は、直径方向に沿って、対応する軸受け軸(15)に対して互いに反対側に位置し、かつ、あらかじめ決められた寸法を有する筐体(8,9)を受容するように形成されることを特徴とする先行する請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の遠心機台(1)。
- 少なくとも一つの前記軸受け部材(4,5,6,7)は、好ましくは、空気圧式、電気式、または油圧式の動力にて駆動されることにより、その軸受け軸(15)に対して回転可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれかに記載の遠心機台(1)。
- いくつかの軸受け部材(4,5,6,7)は、それぞれが動作可能に連携した状態で駆動されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8のいずれかに記載の遠心機台(1)。
- 4個、6個、または8個の軸受け部材(4,5,6,7)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9のいずれかに記載の遠心機台(1)。
