Claims (11)
- 内輪(2)と外輪(3)との間に配置されている玉を備えており、
前記外輪(3)は、潤滑グリース供給通路(7)を有しており、
前記潤滑グリース供給通路(7)の外面側の開口部は、前記外輪(3)の外側の外周面に配置されており、且つ、前記潤滑グリース供給通路(7)の内側の開口部は、前記内輪(2)並びに前記外輪(3)の軸方向において、前記玉(4)の中心点によって表される円からずらされて、前記外輪(3)の内周面に配置されている、アンギュラ玉軸受において、
前記潤滑グリース供給通路(7)は、前記外輪(3)の半径方向平面に対して傾斜されて配置されていることを特徴とする、アンギュラ玉軸受。 - 前記外輪(3)の前記半径方向平面に対する、前記潤滑グリース供給通路(7)の中心軸線の傾斜方向は、前記玉(4)を通って延びる作用線の傾斜方向と一致する、請求項1に記載のアンギュラ玉軸受。
- 前記外輪(3)の前記半径方向平面に対する、前記潤滑グリース供給通路(7)の中心軸線の傾斜角度は、少なくとも2°且つ最大で25°である、請求項1又は2に記載のアンギュラ玉軸受。
- 潤滑剤供給通路(7)は、外面側において、前記外輪(3)の周方向に延びる潤滑剤溝(8)において終端している、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のアンギュラ玉軸受。
- 前記潤滑剤供給通路(7)の外面側の開口部は、前記潤滑剤溝(8)の中央に配置されている、請求項4に記載のアンギュラ玉軸受。
- 前記潤滑剤溝(8)の中心は、前記外輪(3)の中心から、前記外輪(3)の幅の最大で20%分だけ距離を置いて設けられている、請求項4又は5に記載のアンギュラ玉軸受。
- 前記潤滑剤溝(8)の幅(b)は、少なくとも2mm、且つ、前記外輪(3)の幅(B)の最大で60%である、請求項4乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のアンギュラ玉軸受。
- 前記潤滑剤溝(8)の深さ(t)は、少なくとも0.5mm、且つ、前記潤滑剤溝(8)の幅(b)の最大で1.5倍である、請求項4乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のアンギュラ玉軸受。
- 前記潤滑グリース供給通路(7)の最小直径(d)は、少なくとも0.7mm、且つ、前記潤滑剤溝(8)の幅(b)の最大で半分の大きさである、請求項4乃至8のいずれか一項に記載のアンギュラ玉軸受。
- 前記潤滑剤溝(8)は、円弧の形状の輪郭を有している、請求項4乃至9のいずれか一項に記載のアンギュラ玉軸受。
- 前記潤滑グリース供給通路(7)は、柱面状ではない壁を有している、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載のアンギュラ玉軸受。
