Claims (10)
- プロフィルレール、特にソーラーモジュール配列用の固定システムの部材としてのプロフィルレールを屋根下部構造に結合する、複数部材からなる屋根フック(200)であって、
前記屋根下部構造に固定可能な固定部材(110)と、
据え付け状態を形成すべく前記固定部材(110)に固定可能な結合部材(120)と、
を備える屋根フック(200)において、
前記固定部材(110)は、第1及び第2の固定脚片(111,112)を有する直角のアングルプロフィルであり、
前記第2の固定脚片(112)は、前記第1の固定脚片(111)側の面に第1の鋸歯輪郭(114)を有し、
前記結合部材(120)は、第1及び第2の結合脚片(121,122)を有し、前記第1及び第2の結合脚片(121,122)は、互いに平行な長手延在方向を有し、中間部分(130)により互いに結合されており、
前記第1の結合脚片(121)は、前記中間部分(130)側の面に第2の鋸歯輪郭(125)を有し、かつ
前記第1の鋸歯輪郭(114)と前記第2の鋸歯輪郭(125)とは、据え付け状態において、前記第2の固定脚片(112)及び前記第1の結合脚片(121)に圧力が作用して、前記結合部材(120)と前記固定部材(110)との相対移動を阻止し、非据え付け状態において、前記結合部材(120)と前記固定部材(110)との相互の相対移動を許可するように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする屋根フック。 - 前記固定部材(210)を前記結合部材(220)に固定し、据え付け状態において圧力を前記第2の固定脚片(212)及び前記第1の結合脚片(221)に対して及ぼすように構成されている固定手段(240)を備える、請求項1記載の屋根フック。
- 前記第1の結合脚片(221)は、長穴(223)を有する、請求項1又は2記載の屋根フック。
- 前記中間部分(130)は、側面図で見てU字形又はJ字形に構成されている、請求項1から3までの少なくとも1項記載の屋根フック。
- 前記中間部分(130)は、中空室プロフィルの形態で構成されている、請求項1から4までの少なくとも1項記載の屋根フック。
- 前記第2の結合脚片(122)は、鋸歯輪郭、長穴又は鋸歯輪郭及び長穴の両方を有する、請求項1から5までの少なくとも1項記載の屋根フック。
- 前記第2の固定脚片(112)にハンマヘッド溝が形成されている、請求項1から6までの少なくとも1項記載の屋根フック。
- 前記固定手段(240)は角根丸頭ボルトである、請求項2から7までの少なくとも1項記載の屋根フック。
- 前記固定部材(210)又は前記結合部材(220)は、アルミニウムから製造されている、請求項1から8までの少なくとも1項記載の屋根フック。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の少なくとも1つの屋根フック(200)と、前記屋根フック(200)に固定されている少なくとも1つのプロフィルレール(350)とを備える固定システム。
