Abstract
Description
本実施の形態では、本発明の一態様の表示装置及び表示システムについて図1〜図5を用いて説明する。
本発明の一態様の表示装置は、面状に画像を表示することができる表示部を有する。なお、本明細書中における画像は、静止画像又は動画像(映像)のいずれであってもよい。
本実施の形態では、本発明の一態様の発光装置について図面を用いて説明する。
図6(A)に発光装置の平面図を示し、図6(A)における一点鎖線D1−D2間の断面図の一例を図6(B)に示す。具体例1で示す発光装置は、カラーフィルタ方式を用いたトップエミッション型の発光装置である。本実施の形態において、発光装置は、例えば、R(赤)、G(緑)、B(青)の3色の副画素で1つの色を表現する構成、R、G、B、W(白)の4色の副画素で1つの色を表現する構成、又はR、G、B、Y(黄)の4色の副画素で1つの色を表現する構成等が適用できる。色要素としては特に限定はなく、RGBWY以外の色を用いてもよく、例えば、シアン又はマゼンタ等を用いてもよい。
図8(D)に示す発光装置は、第1の可撓性基板701、第1の接着層703、第1の絶縁層705、第1の機能層(導電層814、導電層857a、導電層857b、発光素子830、及び絶縁層821)、第2の接着層713、及び第2の可撓性基板711を有する。
図7(A)に発光装置の平面図を示し、図7(A)における一点鎖線D3−D4間の断面図の一例を図9(A)に示す。具体例3で示す発光装置は、カラーフィルタ方式を用いたボトムエミッション型の発光装置である。
図7(A)に発光装置の平面図を示し、図7(A)における一点鎖線D3−D4間の断面図の一例を図9(B)に示す。具体例4で示す発光装置は、塗り分け方式を用いたトップエミッション型の発光装置である。
次に、発光装置に用いることができる材料等を説明する。なお、本明細書中で先に説明した構成については説明を省略する場合がある。
本実施の形態では、本発明の一態様の入出力装置であるタッチパネルについて図面を用いて説明する。なお、タッチパネルが有する構成要素のうち、実施の形態2で説明した発光装置と同様の構成要素については、先の記載も参照することができる。また、本実施の形態では、発光素子を用いたタッチパネルを例示するが、これに限られない。
図10(A)は入出力装置の上面図である。図10(B)は図10(A)の一点鎖線A−B間及び一点鎖線C−D間の断面図である。図10(C)は図10(A)の一点鎖線E−F間の断面図である。
図11(A)、(B)は、タッチパネル505の斜視図である。なお明瞭化のため、代表的な構成要素を示す。図12は、図11(A)に示す一点鎖線X1−X2間の断面図である。
図13は、タッチパネル505Bの断面図である。本実施の形態で説明するタッチパネル505Bは、供給された画像情報をトランジスタが設けられている側に表示する点及びタッチセンサが表示部の第1の可撓性基板701側に設けられている点が、構成例2のタッチパネル505とは異なる。ここでは異なる構成について詳細に説明し、同様の構成を用いることができる部分は、上記の説明を援用する。
本実施の形態では、本発明の一態様の電子機器及び照明装置について、図面を用いて説明する。

前記表示部のコントラスト比が1000:1以上である、表示装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の表示装置と、
FPCと、を有する、モジュール。 - 表示部、検出部、及び制御部を有する表示システムであり、
前記表示部は、可撓性を有し、
前記検出部は、観察者の目の状態を検出して、検出情報を取得する機能と、前記検出情報を前記制御部に供給する機能と、を有し、
前記制御部は、前記検出情報から前記観察者の疲労情報を抽出する機能と、前記疲労情報に基づいて、前記表示部の曲率を変化させる機能と、を有する、表示システム。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の表示装置、請求項4に記載のモジュール、又は請求項5に記載の表示システムと、
