Abstract
Description
- 少なくとも外部ガラスの内面、内側ガラスの外面又は熱可塑性の中間層における日除け被覆層と、
- 内部ガラスの内面における断熱被覆層と、を少なくとも有しており、
日除け被覆層は、少なくとも銀を含有する少なくとも1つの機能層を有しており、断熱被覆層は、ニオブ、タンタル、モリブデン及びジルコニウムから成るグループからの少なくとも1つの金属を含有する、少なくとも1つの機能層を有している。
- 少なくとも銀を含有する少なくとも1つの機能層を有する日除け被覆層を、外部ガラスの内面又は内部ガラスの外面に設けるか又は熱可塑性の中間層内に設けるステップと、
- ニオブ、タンタル、モリブデン及びジルコニウムから成るグループからの少なくとも1つの金属を含有する少なくとも1つの機能層を有する断熱被覆層を、内部ガラスの内面に設けるステップと、
- その後で行われる、外部ガラスと内部ガラスとを熱可塑性の中間層を介して結合して、合わせガラスを形成するステップと、
を少なくとも有する。
内部ガラス/Si3N4/Ti/Nb/Ti/Si3N4/Ti/Nb/Ti/Si3N4
図2に示したテストガラスの放射率及び光学特性は、表1及び表2にまとめられている。外部ガラス1及び内部ガラス2は、透明又はほぼ透明である。表1,2に記載された値は、標準化された測定条件下でISO基準 9050(AM1.5)に基づく測定によって得られた値である。本発明に係る合わせガラスに対する光の入射角は、10°である。
比較のために、広く使用されている調色された汎用の、ルーフガラス用の合わせガラスであって、日除け被覆層4及び断熱被覆層5を有していない合わせガラスが、使用されている。相応の測定値は、表1及び表2に記載されている。

Claims (14)
- 日除け機能及び断熱機能を備えた合わせガラスであって、外面(I)及び内面(II)を備えた外部ガラス(1)と、外面(III)及び内面(IV)を備えた内部ガラス(2)と、熱可塑性の中間層(3)とから成っており、
- 少なくとも前記内面(II)、前記外面(III)又は前記熱可塑性の中間層(3)における日除け被覆層(4)と、
- 前記内面(IV)における断熱被覆層(5)と、を少なくとも有しており、
前記日除け被覆層(4)は、少なくとも銀を含有する少なくとも1つの機能層を有してしており、前記断熱被覆層(5)は、ニオブ、タンタル、モリブデン及びジルコニウムから成るグループからの少なくとも1つの金属を含有する、少なくとも1つの機能層を有していることを特徴とする、日除け機能及び断熱機能を備えた合わせガラス。 - 前記断熱被覆層(5)は、ニオブ、タンタル、モリブデン及びジルコニウムから成るグループからの少なくとも1つの金属を含有する、少なくとも2つの機能層を有している、請求項1記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記断熱被覆層(5)の各機能層は、1nm〜35nmの厚さ、好ましくは3nm〜25nmの厚さを有していて、すべての機能層の全厚さは、好ましくは50nm以下である、請求項1又は2記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記断熱被覆層(5)の少なくとも1つの機能層、好ましくは各機能層は、2つの透明な誘電体層の間に配置されており、該誘電体層は、好ましくは少なくとも窒化ケイ素を含有していて、好ましくは5nm〜120nmの厚さ、特に好ましくは10nm〜70nmの厚さ、極めて特に好ましくは40nm〜60nmの厚さを有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記断熱被覆層(5)は、少なくとも1つの機能層と少なくとも1つの誘電体層との間に少なくとも1つの犠牲層を有していて、該犠牲層は、好ましくは少なくともチタン及び/又はニッケルクロムを含有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記日除け被覆層(4)は、少なくとも銀を含有する少なくとも2つ、好ましくは2つ又は3つの機能層を有しており、各機能層は、好ましくは、2つの透明な誘電体層の間に配置されていて、該誘電体層は、好ましくは少なくとも窒化ケイ素を含有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記熱可塑性の中間層(3)は、前記日除け被覆層(4)を有するキャリアフィルム(6)を有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記外部ガラス(1)及び前記内部ガラス(2)は、可視のスペクトル範囲において70%を超える透過率を有している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の合わせガラス。
- 当該合わせガラスは、最高で50%、好ましくは最高で30%、特に好ましくは最高で25%の内室側の放射率を有している、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の合わせガラス。
- 当該合わせガラスは、基準適正なD65-放射体のスペクトル範囲において、10%を超える、特に好ましくは25%を超える外側の反射率を有している、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の合わせガラス。
- 当該合わせガラスは、可視のスペクトル範囲において、25%未満、特に好ましくは10%未満の透過率を有している、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の合わせガラス。
- 当該合わせガラスは、基準適正なD65-放射体のスペクトル範囲において、5%を超える、特に好ましくは8%を超える内室側の反射率を有している、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の合わせガラス。
- 請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の合わせガラスを製造する方法であって、
- 少なくとも銀を含有する少なくとも1つの機能層を有する日除け被覆層(4)を、内面(II)又は外面(III)に設けるか又は熱可塑性の中間層(3)内に設けるステップと、
- ニオブ、タンタル、モリブデン及びジルコニウムから成るグループからの少なくとも1つの金属を含有する少なくとも1つの機能層を有する断熱被覆層(5)を、内面(IV)に設けるステップと、
- その後で行われる、外部ガラス(1)と内部ガラス(2)とを熱可塑性の中間層(3)を介して結合して、合わせガラスを形成するステップと、
を少なくとも有することを特徴とする、合わせガラスを製造する方法。 - 建物における又は、地上、空中又は水上における交通のための移動手段における、特に自動車のリヤウインド、サイドガラス及び/又はルーフガラスとしての、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の、日除け機能及び断熱機能を備えた合わせガラスの使用。
