・3D織り又は複層織りによって得られる3次元(3D)織布であって、国際公開第2010/061140号に詳細に記載されているようなもの、なお、国際公開第2010/061140号の内容は参照されて本明細書に援用される;
・組み紐(tresse);
・ニット;
・フェルト;及び/又は、
・より糸若しくは網(fils ou cables)の一方向(UD)シート、又は、複数のUDシートを異なる向きで重ねて、例えば、ステッチを施したり(couture)、化学的な接着剤を用いたり、縫ったり(aiguilletage)して当該UDシートを接合することによって得られる多方向(nD)シート。
・炭素相及び炭化ケイ素相を備えるマトリクスで高密度化された炭素繊維強化材によって構成された材料である、炭素/炭素−炭化ケイ素(C/C−SiC)複合材料、
・炭化ケイ素マトリクスで高密度化された炭素繊維強化材によって構成された材料である、炭素/炭化ケイ素(C/SiC)複合材料、及び/又は
・炭化ケイ素マトリクスで高密度化された炭化ケイ素繊維強化材によって構成された材料である、炭化ケイ素/炭化ケイ素(SiC/SiC)複合材料
によって構成されている。
Claims (9)
- 縦軸に沿って上流から下流に延びる、航空エンジン用の排気コーン(1)であって、前記コーンは、軸対称部品(11)であって自身の上流端部において上流エンドピース(12)を有し自身の下流端部において下流エンドピース(13)を有する軸対称部品(11)でできている複合材料製の構造コア(10)を備え、前記コアは、前記コーンの構造的強度を与え、前記コーンは、前記構造コア(10)に固定されている複合材料製の音響減衰システム(20)をさらに備え、
前記音響減衰システム(20)は、複数の機械的な接続手段によって前記上流エンドピース及び前記下流エンドピース(12,13)に固定されている複合材料製の複数の縦仕切り(22)と、複数の機械的な接続手段によって前記複数の縦仕切り(23)に固定されている複合材料製の複数の横仕切り(23)とを備え、前記複数の縦仕切り及び前記複数の横仕切りは複数の共鳴ボックス(21)を形成していることを特徴とする、排気コーン。 - 解体可能な組立物が形成されるように、前記複数の縦仕切りは、機械的で可逆的である複数の接続手段によって前記上流エンドピース及び前記下流エンドピースのそれぞれに固定され、前記複数の横仕切りは、機械的で可逆的である複数の接続手段によって前記複数の縦仕切りに固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の排気コーン。
- 前記構造コア(10)は、少なくとも一部がセラミックでできているマトリクスによって高密度化された耐火性繊維でできた繊維強化材を備えた複合材料製であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の排気コーン。
- 前記構造コア(10)は、一又は複数の自己治癒性の相を含む炭化ケイ素マトリクスによって高密度化された炭化ケイ素繊維でできた繊維強化材を備えた複合材料製であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の排気コーン。
- 前記縦仕切り(22)及び前記横仕切り(23)は、0.7mmから1.5mmの範囲にある厚さを示すことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の排気コーン。
- 前記音響減衰システム(20)は、前記コア(10)の前記上流エンドピース(12)と前記下流エンドピース(13)との間で固定されている複合材料製の多孔スキン(24)をさらに備え、前記多孔スキンは、前記複数の共鳴ボックス(21)の上部を閉ざしていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の排気コーン。
- 前記多孔スキン(24)は、0.7mmから1.5mmの範囲にある厚さを示すことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の排気コーン。
- 前記構造コア(10)の前記下流エンドピース(13)に固定されている複合材料製の末端部(30)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の排気コーン。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の排気コーン(1)を含むことを特徴とする、航空エンジンの後部胴体。
