Abstract
Description
a)日常生活における患者の眼内圧データを、投薬を行わずに少なくとも24時間にわたって連続的に測定および保存し、その後、
b)投薬を行いながら患者の眼内圧データを少なくとも24時間にわたって連続的に測定および保存し、ここで、
c)投薬時刻、投薬期間、投薬量、有効成分、一日のうちに患者に起きた出来事、を記録し、このとき、
d)眼内圧データの測定を眼内圧推移の予想継時パターンの周波数の少なくとも2倍の頻度で行い、そして
e)保存されたデータを分析ユニットへ転送し、データの分析を行う。

d)好ましくは眼内圧データの測定を眼内圧推移の予想継時パターンの周波数の少なくとも2倍の頻度で行い、そして
e)保存されたデータを分析ユニットへ転送し、データの分析を行う。
Claims (10)
- 患者の眼内圧の時間的推移の取得および観察を行うための方法であって、以下の工程を含むことを特徴とする方法:
a)日常生活における患者の眼内圧データを、投薬を行わずに少なくとも24時間にわたって連続的に測定および保存し、その後、
b)投薬を行いながら患者の眼内圧データを少なくとも24時間にわたって連続的に測定および保存し、ここで、
c)投薬時刻、投薬期間、投薬量、有効成分、一日のうちに患者に起きた出来事、を記録し、このとき、
d)眼内圧データの測定を、眼内圧推移の予想継時パターンの周波数の少なくとも2倍の頻度で行い、そして
e)保存されたデータを分析ユニットへ転送し、データの分析を行う。 - 前記工程b)において、第1の時刻に第1の薬剤を、第2の時刻に第2の薬剤を、そして必要に応じて更なる時刻に更なる薬剤を投与して、前記の各時刻から少なくとも24時間にわたって患者の眼内圧データの連続的な測定および保存を行い、このとき相前後する2つの時刻間の時間的間隔は、始めに投与した薬剤の作用期間が少なくとも終了間際となるように選ばれること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 2つ以上の有効成分が一度に投与される工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- 患者に情報および/または治療指示が伝達されることを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2、請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記工程e)において、以下の要因:患者の目標眼圧、患者の個人的嗜好、有効成分の許容量、最適有効成分、最適投薬量および最適投薬時刻、
を考慮して分析が行われること
を特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記工程e)において、統計的パラメータが出力されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- この方法の最初の実施に対して時間的間隔を置いて有効性の検査を行い、必要に応じて繰り返し行うこと
を特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 眼内圧データを取得および観察するための装置であって、少なくとも1つの測定器具(1)および分析ユニット(2)を備える装置において、
前記少なくとも1つの測定器具(1)は、少なくとも1つのセンサ(4)を有するデータ取得ユニット(3)と、少なくとも1つのデータ記憶部(5)と、少なくとも1つのデータ転送ユニット(6)と、少なくとも1つの操作・連絡インタフェース(7)を備え、
前記分析ユニット(2)は、データ転送ユニット(8)および演算処理ユニット(9)を備えていて、この演算処理ユニットは、測定データについてデータ解析的かつ構造解析的な統計アルゴリズムおよびフィルタ手法を適用し、そしてこの演算処理ユニット(9)は、表示ユニット(10)を備えていること
を特徴とする装置。 - 分析ユニット(2)が、データ取得ユニット(1)から空間的に離れて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 表示ユニット(10)が分析ユニット(2)から空間的に離れて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項9または請求項10のいずれかに記載の装置。
