Abstract
Description
本願は、2012年2月28日出願の「混合用注射器」を発明の名称とする米国特許出願第13/385,627号、及び2012年1月23日出願の米国特許出願第61/632,263号に対して優先権を主張する。これら両出願は、参照することにより、その全体が本明細書において援用される。
本開示は医療分野、特に塞栓術など経皮的処置に関する。
A.処置の間、複数回再補充される性能。よって、ある実施形態において、混合用注射器は、混合を可能にする膜の破断を含む、ある使い切りの設計を含むことはできない。
B.例えば、混合物中に渦動又は噴出のような液体流パターンを形成することにより、強い混合作用を生じさせる。
C.標準的な注射器に最小限の改良を加える。
Claims (31)
- 混合用組立体であって、
第1の物質と第2の物質との混合物を含有するよう構成された円筒体と、
該円筒体内に少なくとも部分的に配置されたプランジャーに動作可能に結合した封止部と、
該円筒体の端部に位置する射出口と、
該プランジャーと該射出口との間の該円筒体の中に配置され、該プランジャーを作動させると、該円筒体の中の液体の噴出を生じさせるよう構成された混合用ディスクと、を含み、該液体の噴出は該第1の物質と該第2の物質とを混合するように構成されている、混合用組立体。 - 前記第1の物質は液体を含み、前記第2の物質は複数の粒子を含む、請求項1に記載の混合用組立体。
- 前記粒子の濃度は前記液体の濃度とほぼ等しい、請求項2に記載の混合用組立体。
- 前記粒子の濃度は前記液体の濃度よりも低い又は高い、請求項2に記載の混合用組立体。
- 前記混合用ディスクは、前記プランジャーの移動範囲の一部に少なくとも沿って、前記円筒体の内部で移動可能に構成されている、請求項1に記載の混合用組立体。
- 前記混合用ディスクは、該混合用ディスク全体の圧力差に応じて、前記円筒体の内部で移動可能に構成されている、請求項5に記載の混合用組立体。
- 前記混合用ディスクの移動範囲は、前記円筒体の内径に位置する隆起によって少なくとも部分的に制限されている、請求項5に記載の混合用組立体。
- 前記液体の噴出は、前記混合用ディスクの孔に通されている流体によって生じる、請求項1に記載の混合用組立体。
- 前記孔は、前記円筒体の縦軸に平行であり、かつ前記円筒体の縦軸からずれた位置にある、請求項8に記載の混合用組立体。
- 前記孔の縦軸は、前記円筒体の縦軸と鋭角を形成する、請求項8に記載の混合用組立体。
- 混合用ディスクを含む混合用組立体であって、
該混合用ディスクは、
近位端、中間部、及び遠位端を含む本体と、
該本体の中に配置されたキャビティと、
該本体の中に配置され、孔及び該キャビティが、該本体の該近位端から該遠位端まで延びる流体通路を含むように、該キャビティと連通する該孔と、
該キャビティに動作可能に結合した多孔性部材と、を含む、混合用組立体。 - 注射器本体と、該注射器本体の中に配置された前記混合用ディスクと、を更に含む、請求項11に記載の混合用組立体。
- 前記キャビティは、該キャビティの遠位端に隣接して配置された複数の隔壁を更に含む、請求項11に記載の混合用組立体。
- 前記キャビティの前記遠位端の直径は、前記孔の近位開口部の直径よりも大きく、前記隔壁は前記孔の該近位開口部からほぼ径方向に延びる、請求項13に記載の混合用組立体。
- 前記隔壁は、前記孔を介して射出される物質を径方向に移動させるよう構成されている、請求項13に記載の混合用組立体。
- 前記孔は、前記混合用ディスク本体の中心軸から中心がずれた位置において該混合用ディスク本体の中に配置される、請求項11に記載の混合用ディスク。
- 前記キャビティは、前記孔の中心軸が前記キャビティの中心軸と同一直線上にあるように、前記混合用ディスク本体の中に配置される、請求項11に記載の混合用ディスク。
- 注射器であって、
円筒体と、
該円筒体の中で移動可能なプランジャーと、
該円筒体上に動作可能に配置された射出口と、
該円筒体の中に配置され、該プランジャーと該射出口との間に配置され、該プランジャーが移動すると液体の噴出を生じさせるよう構成された孔を含む、混合用ディスクと、を含み、
該混合用ディスクは、該液体と混合するように構成された複数の粒子のサイズよりも小さい開口部を備えたフィルタ要素を更に含む、注射器。 - 前記フィルタ要素はスクリーンを含む、請求項18に記載の注射器。
- 前記フィルタ要素は複数のルーバを含む、請求項18に記載の注射器。
- 前記円筒体の中の前記混合用ディスクの移動は、該円筒体の内径に位置する隆起によって少なくとも部分的に制限されている、請求項18に記載の注射器。
- 前記混合用ディスクはポリマーを含む、請求項18に記載の注射器。
- 前記ポリマーは成形、押出加工、又は他の方法で形成される、請求項22に記載の注射器。
- 前記混合用ディスクは、プレス加工された薄い金属を含む、請求項18に記載の注射器。
- 前記液体の噴出は前記混合用ディスク内の角度がついた孔によって生じる、請求項18に記載の注射器。
- 前記混合用ディスクに動作可能に結合した固定されているストリングを更に含む、請求項18に記載の注射器。
- 注射器を使用して液体と複数の粒子との混合物を移動させる方法であって、
液体と複数の粒子との混合物を注射器内に入れる工程と、
該粒子よりも孔径が小さく、該注射器内に配置された混合用ディスクに動作可能に結合したフィルタ要素を通して該液体の一部を移動させることにより、該液体の一部を該混合物から分離する工程と、
該液体の該一部が、該液体と該粒子とを混合するよう構成された流れパターンを形成するように、該混合用ディスクを通して該液体の該一部を導入することによって、該液体と該粒子を混合する工程と、
該混合された液体と粒子を該注射器から射出する工程、とを含む方法。 - 前記混合用ディスクの移動は前記注射器の内径に配置された隆起によって制限されている、請求項27に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルタ要素は多孔性部材を含む、請求項27に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子の濃度は前記液体の濃度とほぼ等しい、請求項27に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子の濃度は前記液体の濃度よりも低い又は高い、請求項27に記載の方法。
