Description

The present invention relates to a joint structure between building panels such as an outer wall panel, a roof panel, and an eaves panel, and more particularly to a joint structure that enhances the waterproof property of a joint between two panels.

Conventionally, as this type of joint structure, there is a seal member that is inserted into a joint formed between walls via a sealing material to prevent water leakage at the joint, and this seal member is on the front side in the insertion direction. A bifurcated foot portion is formed. The foot portion is made of an elastic body that adheres to the sealing material on the outer surface side, and an elastic body that does not adhere to the sealing material on the inner surface side, and is integrally molded by these elastic bodies ( For example, see Patent Document 1).

In addition, there is a joint structure in which a gasket is inserted between two panels forming the joint. In this type of joint structure, a sealing agent is filled between joints as a step before inserting the gasket, and the gasket is set before the sealing agent is cured. Some have been designed to increase waterproofness by inserting a.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-302367

By the way, in the joint structure which inserts the sealing member and gasket of the said patent document 1, there existed a possibility of impairing the drainage function of a sealing material or a gasket. Specifically, a plurality of drainage flutes are generally formed in the vertical direction on seal members and gaskets, but the drainage flutes are crushed with a sealing agent, so that they penetrate between joints. There was a risk that drainage such as rainwater would be damaged.

The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and the object thereof is a joint structure between building panels such as an outer wall panel, and a sealing agent is inserted before inserting the gasket into the joint gap. An object of the present invention is to provide a joint structure between building panels that does not impair the drainage function of the gasket even when the joint gap is filled. Moreover, the joint formation method which can perform joint formation easily without crushing the longitudinal groove of a gasket and can prevent rain water etc. permeation effectively is provided.

In order to achieve the above object, the joint structure between building panels according to the present invention is a joint structure between building panels that closes the joint gap formed between the end faces of the building panel, and is located at the back of the joint gap. A gap closing member having a front surface wider than the joint gap, the sealing agent filling the joint gap so as to contact the gap closing member, and the joint gap. A cover member that is inserted into contact with an end surface of the building panel and covers the sealing agent; and a gasket member that is inserted into a space between the joint gap and the cover member and closes the joint gap. Yes.

In the joint structure between the building panels of the present invention configured as described above, for example, an intermediate column and the back surface of the building panel as a gap closing member disposed in the back of the joint gap formed between the end faces of the building panel The joint between the two is filled with a sealing agent, and the joint between the two can be closed. And, since the softened sealing agent is inserted into the joint gap and the filled sealing agent is pushed in to cover the surface of the joint portion, the sealing agent reliably blocks the back surface of the building panel and the joint portion of the gap closing member. After that, the gasket inserted into the joint gap space does not touch the sealing agent, the vertical groove formed in the vertical direction of the gasket is not crushed, and the drainage function is not impaired.

Moreover, as a preferable specific aspect of the joint structure between the building panels according to the present invention, the cover material has a plane whose cross-sectional shape faces the front surface of the gap closing member, and the joint from both ends of the plane. It is characterized by being formed in a trapezoidal shape having two side surfaces extending in the opening direction of the gap and elastically contacting the end surface of the building panel. According to this configuration, the softening state sealing agent previously filled in the plane of the cover material can be pushed in and leakage of the sealing agent in the opening direction can be prevented on the two side surfaces, so that the gasket to be inserted next can be easily inserted. Thus, contact between the gasket and the sealing agent can be prevented.

Furthermore, as another preferable specific aspect of the joint structure between the building panels according to the present invention, the gap closing member is characterized in that a foam sheet is provided on the front surface. According to this configuration, the joining portion between the back surface of the building panel and the front surface of the gap closing member can be adhered to the foam sheet, and when the sealing agent is filled, the joining portion between the foam sheet and the building panel back surface is used. The sealing agent can surely enter and the joint can be reliably covered.

As another preferred specific embodiment, the sealing agent is filled in a partial region of the joint gap, and the cover material has a length that covers the sealing agent filled in the partial region. It is characterized by being set. According to this configuration, when a location with poor water-stopping properties is specified, the gasket in that region is pulled out and filled with a sealing agent, and a cover material covering the sealing agent filled in a partial region is inserted into the joint gap. After that, the gasket can be returned and repaired, and the water stoppage can be improved. In this case, the length of the cover material is preferably longer than the length of the sealing agent.

The joint forming method according to the present invention is a joint forming method including a gap closing member disposed in the back of the building panel constituting the joint gap, and closing the joint gap. The joint forming method includes the gap closing member in the joint gap. A sealing agent is filled so as to come into contact, a cover material covering the sealing agent filled in the joint gap is inserted into the joint gap, the softened sealing agent is pressed, and a gasket material is further inserted into the joint gap. The joint gap is closed.

In the joint forming method configured as described above, the sealing agent is filled in the joint gap, the softened sealing agent is covered with the cover material, and the sealing agent is pushed into the joint between the gap closing member and the back surface of the building panel, Since the joint is securely covered and the gasket is then inserted into the space in which the cover material is inserted, the sealing agent and the gasket do not come into contact with each other, and the longitudinal groove formed in the gasket is not crushed. For this reason, even if rainwater or the like enters between the gasket and the building panel, it can be drained by the longitudinal groove of the gasket.

The cover material is formed in a trapezoidal cross section having a flat surface facing the gap closing member and two side surfaces extending from both ends of the flat surface in the opening direction of the joint gap and elastically contacting the end face of the building panel. Preferably, the flat surface is brought into contact with the sealing agent, and the end portions on the outdoor side of the two side surfaces are elastically contacted with the end surface of the building panel. According to this structure, the sealing agent previously filled in the plane and two side surfaces of the cover material can be pushed into the back, and the two side surfaces are in elastic contact with the end face of the building panel, and the sealing agent leaks in the opening direction. In order to prevent this, the sealing agent can be pushed in reliably, and leakage to the front can also be reliably prevented.

It is preferable that the gasket material is fitted into a central recess between the two side surfaces of the cover material. According to this configuration, the gasket that is next inserted into the joint gap can be stored in the central recess of the cover material, and the fitting state is stabilized, so that the gasket can be reliably inserted into the joint gap.

As another preferred specific embodiment, the sealing agent is filled in a partial region below the joint gap, and the cover material is set to a length that covers the sealing agent filled in the partial region. It is characterized by that. According to this structure, the gasket in the region including the portion having the problem of water-stopping is pulled out, the gap joint in the region is filled with the sealing agent, covered with the cover material, and the gasket is inserted as it is. With this, the water stoppage at the problem location can be improved.

The joint structure between the panels for construction of the present invention and the joint formation method are such that, even before the gasket is inserted into the joint gap, the longitudinal groove of the gasket is formed with a soft sealing agent even if the sealing agent is filled in the interior of the joint gap. Even if rainwater or the like enters between the end face of the building panel and the gasket without being crushed, the water can be drained along the vertical groove, and leakage into the building can be prevented.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a joint structure between building panels according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. 1A and 1B show joint structures according to the present embodiment, where FIG. 1A is a front view, FIG. 1B is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 1A, and FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of the main part of FIG. 2, FIG. 4A is a horizontal sectional view of the cover material, and FIG. 3B is a horizontal sectional view of the gasket.

1-4, the building 1 to which the joint structure between the building panels of the present embodiment is applied includes a foundation 2 constructed in the ground, a foundation 3 located on the foundation 2, and a vertical direction from the foundation 3. The outer wall panels 5 and 5 that constitute the outer wall surface of the building 1 are fixed to the outside of the base 3 and the intermediate column 4. In addition, although the building 1 is provided with other frame structural members and face materials, such as a pillar material, illustration is abbreviate | omitted.

And in the joint structure of this embodiment, the two outer wall panels 5 and 5 are arranged in parallel as a construction panel, and rainwater etc. are closed by closing between the joint gap 6 between the end surfaces 5a and 5a of two outer wall panels. The structure prevents the intrusion of water and separates the external environment from the internal environment of the building. A draining cover 7 is installed between the lower end of the outer wall panels 5, 5 and the foundation 2, and a vertical portion of the upper end of the draining cover 7 is located between the base 3 and the outer wall panel 5. Further, the inclined surface of the draining cover 7 covers the upper portion of the foundation 2, and the falling surface continuous to the lower end of the inclined surface is located at the front portion of the foundation 2.

In the joint structure 10, the intermediate column 4 is positioned as a gap closing member in the back of the joint gap 6 between the two outer wall panels 5 and 5. The intermediate pillar 4 is made of metal and has a C-shaped cross section, and its horizontal width w1 is larger than the horizontal width w2 of the joint gap 6, specifically, the joint gap 6 width w2 is about 20 mm. The width w <b> 1 of the intermediate pillar 4 is set to about 30 to 40 mm and covers the back side of the joint gap 6.

Therefore, the front surface of the intermediate column 4 faces the back surfaces 5b of the two outer wall panels 5 and 5 that form the joint gap 6. A foam sheet 11 is attached to the front surface of the intermediate pillar 4, and the foam sheet 11 extends to the front portion of the base 3 and is in contact with the back surfaces 5 b of the outer wall panels 5 and 5. The foam sheet 11 is basically installed between the base 3 and the intermediate pillar 4 constituting the building, between the pillar material (not shown) and the outer wall panel 5, etc., and prevents direct contact between the two members and cushions. It has a function. In addition, the foam sheet 11 has a function of bringing a joint portion (joint surface) between the back surface 5b of the outer wall panels 5 and 5 and the front surface of the intermediate column 4 into close contact.

The joint gap 6 formed between the two outer wall panels 5 and 5 is filled with a sealing agent 12 and emphasizes the joint between the front surface of the intermediate pillar 4 and the end surfaces 5a and 5a of the two outer wall panels 5 and 5. Filled. The sealing agent 12 is formed of a viscous resin or the like, and a sealing agent such as modified silicone is preferable. The joint portion is closed by the rubberization of the sealing agent 12, and the intrusion of rainwater and outside wind is prevented. A cover material 13 covering the sealing agent is inserted outside the sealing agent 12, that is, in the opening direction of the joint gap 6.

The cover material 13 is formed by bending a metal plate material or a resin plate material, and the cross-sectional shape extends so as to extend from the back plane 13a and the opening direction of the joint gap 6 from both ends of the plane. It is comprised from the inclined surfaces 13b and 13b, and becomes a trapezoid shape where a cross section spreads toward the outer side of a building. For this reason, a central recess 13 c is formed in the opening direction of the cover member 13. The cover member 13 has a vertical length equivalent to the height dimension of the outer wall panels 5 and 5. The cover member 13 is elastically applied to the flat surface 13a so that the inclined surfaces 13b and 13b spread outward, and the horizontal width of the tip of the inclined surfaces 13b and 13b is the width w2 of the joint gap 6. It is set slightly larger. For this reason, the inclined surfaces 13b, 13b are configured to elastically contact the end surfaces 5a of the outer wall panels 5, 5.

The cover material 13 is preferably a sheet material formed of an unstretched polypropylene film as a resin plate material. The cover material 13 presses and pushes the sealing agent 12 filled in the back of the joint gap 6, and the pushed sealing agent 12 is adhered to the back surface 5 b of the outer wall panels 5, 5 and the front surface of the intermediate column 4. It fills the joint part with the foamed sheet 11 and covers the joint part to improve the water stoppage inside the building. The cover material 13 is pushed to a position where the flat surface 13 a comes into contact with the foamed sheet 11, and the joint gap 6 is configured such that a gap extending in the opening direction is formed in the central recess 13 c of the cover material 13.

The gasket 14 is inserted into the joint gap 6 outside the cover member 13 in a state where it is pushed in. The gasket 14 is formed in a long shape with a soft material such as elastic rubber and has a vertical length equivalent to that of the outer wall panel 5. The gasket 14 includes a central shaft portion 14a serving as an entire shaft, a curved covering portion 14b extending from the central shaft portion in the left-right direction, and two deformation fin portions 14c and 14c having substantially the same shape as the covering portion. ing. The gasket 14 is formed in a long shape with a soft resin such as rubber, and it is preferable to use a fire-proof and waterproof material such as ethylene-propylene-diene rubber in addition to the rubber. The gasket 14 has recesses other than the central shaft portion 14a, the covering portion 14b, and the deformed fin portions 14c and 14c, and functions as a drainage groove when rainwater or the like enters the joint gap 6. It can be drained by flowing downward.

The covering portion 14b and the deformation fin portion 14c of the gasket 14 are formed symmetrically with respect to the central shaft portion 14a, and are curved so that the protruding end faces outward of the building 1 so as to be easily inserted into the joint gap 6. The outer wall panel 5 is configured to elastically contact the end surface 5a. For this reason, the gasket 14 once inserted into the joint gap 6 has a configuration in which the covering portion 14b and the deformation fin portion 14c that are curved outward are elastically contacted with the end surfaces 5a and 5a, so that it is difficult to escape. The length in the insertion direction of the gasket 14 is set to be smaller than the depth of the joint gap 6 and the central recess 13c of the cover material 13, and the gasket 14 inserted in the space in front of the cover material 13 of the joint gap 6 is the outer wall panel 5,5. The covering portion 14a is recessed from the surface.

The gasket 14 has a three-layer structure of the covering portion 14b and the deformed fin portions 14c and 14c. However, the deformed fin portion may be further multilayered to have a four-layer structure or a five-layer structure. Further, the central shaft portion 14a is not limited to a flat plate shape, and may have an appropriate shape such as a two-layer flat plate shape. That is, as long as the gasket has a lateral width larger than the width w2 of the joint gap 6 so as to be pushed into the joint gap 6 and is elastically brought into contact with the end faces 5a and 5a of the outer wall panel 5 when pushed, the shape is not limited. .

The construction method of the joint structure between the building panels of the present embodiment configured as described above, that is, the joint formation method will be described below with reference to FIGS. The members constituting the building 1 are constructed on the foundation 2, and the base 3 of the building 1 is installed and fixed on the foundation 2. A pillar (not shown) and the like are assembled together with the base 3, and the intermediate pillar 4 is fixed on the base 3. When the base 3 is made of steel, the intermediate column 4 is fixed by welding or the like. Many of the outer wall panels 5 are fixed to the outside of the base 3 and the intermediate pillar 4, and a joint gap 6 is formed between the outer wall panels 5 and 5. The joint gap includes a horizontal joint in the horizontal direction in addition to the vertical joint shown in the figure.

When the outer wall panels 5, 5... Are fixed, the intermediate pillar 4 is positioned in the back of the joint gap 6, and the back of the gap is closed by the intermediate pillar 4. First, the joint gap 6 has viscosity in the recesses between the foam sheet 11 on the front surface of the intermediate column 4 as a gap closing member located in the back of the joint gap 6 and the end faces 5a and 5a facing the outer wall panels 5 and 5. Sealing agent 12 is injected and filled in the corners at right angles to the back. The sealing agent 12 is injected using a tool such as a caulking gun, and is leveled with a spatula or the like as necessary to be filled with a uniform thickness. Moreover, in the filling process of the sealing agent 12, it is preferable to mask and cure the surface of the outer wall panel 5 as necessary.

Thereafter, the cover material 13 is inserted into the joint gap 6 in a soft state before the sealing agent 12 is rubberized. Since the cover material 13 is pressed while pressing the sealing agent 12 whose tip flat surface 13a is in a soft state and the inclined surfaces 13b and 13b are in contact with the end surfaces 5a and 5a of the outer wall panels 5 and 5, the sealing agent 12 is It is pushed into the surface side, that is, outside without leaking, and is pushed into the joint between the foam sheet 11 of the intermediate column 4 and the back surface 5b of the outer wall panels 5 and 5, and the joint is completely closed to prevent water leakage into the building. can do. And the sealing agent 12 does not leak to the surface side of the cover material 13 which covers the sealing agent 12.

Thereafter, the gasket 14 is inserted into the joint gap 6 between the central recess 13c of the cover member 13 into which the sealing agent 12 has been pushed in and the end surfaces of the outer wall panels 5 and 5. When the gasket 14 is inserted into the joint gap 6, the flexible deformed fin portions 14 c and 14 c and the covering portion 14 b are curved and pushed inward, and the deformed fin portions 14 c and 14 c and the covering portion 14 b are external walls. The panels 5 and 5 are in elastic contact with the end faces 5a and 5a. When the gasket 14 is pushed into the central recess 13c of the cover member 13, the covering portion 14b is slightly recessed from the surfaces of the outer wall panels 5 and 5, and the insertion process is completed. The gasket 14 is fitted into the central recess 13c and is securely inserted and held.

Even if the gasket 14 is inserted into the joint gap 6 and abuts against the cover material 13, the sealing agent 12 does not enter the vertical grooves between the deformed fin portions 14c and 14c and the covering portion 14b, which are the plurality of projecting portions of the gasket 14. Even if rainwater or the like enters from the gap between the gasket 14 and the end surface 5 a of the outer wall panel 5, it falls downward through the vertical groove of the gasket 14 and is drained from the draining cover 7.

Thus, as a pre-process for inserting the gasket 14, even when the sealing agent 12 is filled in the back of the joint gap 6, the cover material 13 is interposed between the sealing agent 12 and the gasket 14 to cover the sealing agent 12. Therefore, the soft sealing agent 12 is prevented from entering the longitudinal groove of the gasket 14 and crushing the groove, and the drainage function is not impaired. Further, if the gasket 14 is inserted before the sealing agent 12 is rubberized, the sealing agent may be pushed and deformed by the gasket, and the water stoppage may be impaired. In the present invention, the gasket 14 is covered with the cover material 13. Therefore, the water-stopping property of the sealing agent 12 is not impaired.

Another embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIG. FIG. 7 is a sectional view of an essential part of another embodiment of a joint structure between building panels according to the present invention. In addition, this embodiment is characterized in that the gap closing member disposed in the back of the joint gap is a backing material different from the intermediate column, as compared with the above-described embodiment. Other substantially equivalent configurations are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted.

In FIG. 7, the joint structure between the building panels of this embodiment is not a middle pillar as described above, but a backing member fixed to the back side of the joint gap as a gap closing member disposed behind the joint gap 6. The caulking plate 15 is used. The backing plate 15 is formed of a plate material such as wood, and is formed with a width w1 wider than the width w2 of the joint gap 6 in the same manner as in the above-described embodiment, and the back surfaces 5b and 5b of the outer wall panels 5 and 5 constituting the joint gap 6 are formed. Covering. In this embodiment, the contact plate 15 faces and contacts the back surfaces 5b and 5b of the outer wall panels 5 and 5.

The backing plate 15 is disposed on the back side of the outer wall panels 5, 5 and is fixed to the outer wall panel with screws 16, for example. A foam sheet or the like may be attached to the front surface of the backing plate 15, but the backing plate may be directly brought into contact with the back surface 5b of the outer wall panel and fixed. The screw 16 may be fixed by screwing from the back side of the contact plate 15.

Also in this embodiment, the sealing agent 12 is filled in the joint gap 6 so as to be in contact with the contact plate 15, the cover material 13 is inserted into the joint gap 6, and the softened sealing agent 12 is pressed, and the outer wall panel 5, 5 is filled with a sealing agent 12 to cover the joint. Thereafter, the gasket 14 </ b> A is inserted between the central recess 13 c of the cover material 13 and the joint gap 6 to close the joint gap 6. In this embodiment, the sealing agent 12 can be pushed into the joint portion between the back surfaces 5b and 5b of the outer wall panels 5 and 5 and the front surface of the backing plate 15 with the cover material 13 to cover the joint portion, and there is no foam sheet. The joint can be reliably closed. In addition, you may fix using the rivet, a tucker, etc. instead of the screw 16 which fixes the contact plate 15 to the outer wall panels 5 and 5. FIG.

Next, with reference to FIG. 8, another embodiment of the joint forming method between building panels according to the present invention will be described in detail. The joint formation method of this embodiment is an embodiment for partial repair of a joint structure that has already been completed. FIG. 8 is a main part perspective view showing another embodiment of the joint forming method according to the present invention, and a main part enlarged perspective view showing a filling part of the sealing agent. In FIG. 8, the intermediate pillar 4 is located in the joint gap 6 between the outer wall panels 5 and 5, and closes the joint gap 6. A gasket 14 is inserted into the joint gap 6 and the joint gap 6 is closed.

In this example, the lower end portion of the inserted gasket 14 is pulled up to expose a partial region of the joint gap 6. And the sealing agent 12 is filled in the lower end part of the joint clearance 6, and the junction part of the end surface 5a of the outer wall panel 5 and the front surface of the intermediate pillar 4 is filled. After that, when the sealing agent 12 is in a softened state, a short cover material 13A is inserted into the joint gap 6, and the sealing agent 12 is pushed in and filled in the vicinity of the joint, thereby covering the joint reliably. The length of the cover material 13A is preferably sufficiently longer than the filling length of the sealing agent 12, and is preferably set to a length that covers the sealing agent so that the sealing agent does not protrude when the cover material is pushed in.

As shown in FIG. 8 (b), the sealing agent 12 is filled in the joining portion Y 1 between the intermediate pillar 4 and the draining cover 7, the joining portion Y 2 between the end surface 5 a of the outer wall panel 5 and the draining cover 7, and the outer wall panel. The joint portion Y3 between the back surface and the front surface of the intermediate column 4 is filled. Then, after inserting the cover material 13A into the joint gap 6, the gasket 14 is inserted into the joint gap 6 in the original state to complete the construction. By this construction, water stoppage at the lower end of the joint gap 6 is strengthened, the gasket 14 is in a good state, and water leakage or the like can be reliably prevented.

In this embodiment, when a location where there is a problem with the water stoppage, for example, can be identified in the joint structure, the location can be repaired with emphasis. The partial region is not limited to the lower end region of the joint gap 6 but can be repaired at appropriate locations such as the intermediate region and the upper region. Pull out the gasket 14 at the specified location, fill the sealant 12 in that portion, insert the cover material 13A in the softened state and push in the sealant 12 to cover the joint where there is a problem with water stoppage. Thereafter, the gasket 14 can be reinserted to increase water leakage.

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various designs can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention described in the claims. It can be changed. For example, as an example of a steel beam using C-shaped steel as the base (lower beam) that constitutes the building frame, a wooden lower beam may be used, and a gap disposed behind the joint. Although the example of the metal intermediate pillar (stud) was shown as a closure member, a wooden intermediate pillar and other backing members can also be used.

Moreover, although the joint structure between the building panels which concerns on this invention showed the example of the steel-frame building as a building, of course, it can apply also to the joint structure of the unit building comprised combining several building units. . Furthermore, the joint structure according to the present invention includes a sealing agent that fills the joint gap, a cover material that covers the sealing agent, and a gasket that is inserted on the outdoor side of the cover material. A drainage groove that is not crushed by the sealing agent is reliably formed therebetween, which is suitable for a vertical joint.

As an example of use of the present invention, joint spaces between structural panels other than outer wall panels and exterior panels can be closed using joint structures between building panels, and vertical joints and horizontal joint gaps can be closed. It can be applied to the use of closing.
