Abstract
Description

Claims (15)
- 内部に閉塞を有する血管を再開通させるためのカテーテルであって、
基端部と、先端部と、前記先端部に近接した先端部分とを有するカテーテルシャフトと、
前記カテーテルシャフトの先端部分に結合した拡張可能部材と、
前記カテーテルシャフトからかつ前記拡張可能部材の外側に沿って延在する可撓性チューブ部材と、
を含み、
前記拡張可能部材の拡張によって、前記可撓性チューブ部材を、前記カテーテルシャフトの長手方向軸から離れるように撓んだ形態に撓ませる、カテーテル。 - 送達形態において、前記可撓性チューブ部材が、前記カテーテルシャフトの長手方向軸に略平行な長手方向中心軸を有する、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記拡張可能部材が、前記カテーテルシャフトの先端部分に固定された膨張可能なバルーンである、請求項2に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記バルーンの膨張により、前記可撓性チューブ部材を、前記カテーテルシャフトから離れるように撓んだ形態に湾曲させる、請求項3に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記可撓性チューブ部材が、その先端部に先端開口部を含み、前記先端開口部は、撓んだ形態において基端方向に対面している、請求項4に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記拡張可能部材が、第1の翼部分、第2の翼部分、および前記第1の翼部分と第2の翼部分との間に配置された球根状部分を含む膨張可能なバルーンである、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記膨張可能なバルーンの球根状部分は、前記可撓性チューブ部材に対して膨張し、前記可撓性チューブ部材を湾曲形態に撓ませるように構成されている、請求項6に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記可撓性チューブ部材が、らせん状スリットが延在する金属チューブ部材である、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記金属チューブ部材が、角度のつけられた先端を有する、請求項8に記載のカテーテル。
- 血管の管腔内を閉塞部まで順行方向に通過するためのカテーテル組立体であって、前記血管の管腔において逆方向に閉塞部の方へアテレクトミー装置の向きを変えるように構成されたカテーテル組立体において、
基端部と、先端部と、前記先端部に近接した先端部分とを有するカテーテルシャフトと、
前記カテーテルシャフトの先端部分に固定された膨張可能なバルーンと、
前記膨張可能なバルーンに近接した前記カテーテルシャフトの位置から先端側に延在するチューブ部材であって、前記膨張可能なバルーンが膨張すると、前記カテーテルシャフトから離れるように、湾曲形態に撓むことが可能なように構成されたチューブ部材と、
を含むカテーテル組立体。 - 前記チューブ部材が、前記膨張可能なバルーンの外側に沿って延在する、請求項10に記載のカテーテル組立体。
- 前記チューブ部材が、アテレクトミー装置を内部に摺動可能に収容するように構成されたアテレクトミールーメンを画成する、請求項10に記載のカテーテル組立体。
- 前記アテレクトミールーメンを通って延在可能なアテレクトミー装置をさらに含む、請求項12に記載のカテーテル組立体。
- 前記チューブ部材が、湾曲形態において少なくとも90°湾曲する、請求項10に記載のカテーテル組立体。
- 前記チューブ部材が、前記湾曲形態において基端方向に対面するように構成された先端開口部を含む、請求項10に記載のカテーテル組立体。
