Claims (17)
- 燃料を噴射するための燃料噴射弁であって、
コイル(2)と、
内極(3)と、
弁スリーブ(4)と、
磁気分離部材(40)と、
を有しており、
前記弁スリーブ(4)および磁気分離部材(40)が粉末射出成形構成部分(41)として一体的に構成されていて、前記弁スリーブ(4)が磁性領域を形成し、前記磁気分離部材(40)が非磁性領域を形成していて、これらの磁性領域と非磁性領域とが素材結合により互いに結合されている、燃料を噴射するための燃料噴射弁。 - 前記粉末射出成形構成部分と前記内極(3)との間に溶接結合部(30)またははんだ結合部が設けられている、請求項1に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記内極(3)が軸線方向(X−X)に貫通開口(6)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記内極(3)が粉末射出成形構成部分として構成されていて、高い磁気飽和誘導を有する材料、特に17%〜50%のコバルト割合を有するFeCoより製造されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記内極(3)が粉末射出成形構成部分として構成されていて、第1の磁気飽和誘導を有する第1の領域(31)と、前記第1の磁気飽和誘導よりも小さい第2の磁気飽和誘導を有する第2の領域(32)とを備えており、前記第1の領域と第2の領域とが素材結合により互いに結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記弁スリーブ(4)と前記磁気分離部材(40)と前記内極(3)とが、一体的に粉末射出成形構成部分(43)として構成されていて、素材結合により互いに結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記弁スリーブ(4)と前記内極(3)とが同じ材料、特にX2Cr13MoSiより製造されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記内極(3)の前記第2の領域(32)が、耐燃料性の磁石材料より製造されていることを特徴とする、請求項5から7のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記第2の領域(32)が、前記貫通開口(6)の周壁領域(35)と前記内極(3)の端面側領域(36)とを形成しており、特に前記端面側領域(36)が軸線方向(X−X)で0.5mmの厚さを有していることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記端面側領域(36)が、マグネットアンカ(5)のためのストッパを形成していることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記内極(3)の前記第1の領域(31)が、半径方向に設けられた環状のフランジ領域(33)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項5から10のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記磁気分離部材(40)が環状のリングであることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記環状の磁気分離部材(40)の内側の周壁領域(46)に耐燃料性の材料が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記磁気分離部材(40)が電磁絞りとして構成されており、該電磁絞りが、第1および第2の磁気接続領域(401,402)と、絞り領域(405)と、第1および第2の過渡領域(403,404)とを有しており、前記第1および第2の過渡領域(403,404)が軸線方向(X−X)で、前記第1の接続領域(401)と前記第2の接続領域(402)との間に配置されていて、前記絞り領域(405)が前記第1の過渡領域(403)と第2の過渡領域(404)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項12または13に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記第1および第2の過渡領域(403,404)が先細りして構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記絞り領域(405)が、磁性かつ導電性の材料より成る内側および/または外側の円筒形領域(406)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項14または15に記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 前記絞り領域(405)が、非導電性の材料より製造されていることを特徴とする、請求項14から16のいずれか1項に記載の燃料噴射弁。
