Abstract
Description
本発明の利用に関する。
格子内に存在するアルミニウムカチオンに加えて、格子外に非格子アルミニウムカチオンとして存在している相当するカチオンを含んでいる。
(B)工程(A)からのゼオライトを焼成して、適当ならこの前駆化合物を少なくとも一種の遷移金属に変換して、少なくとも一種の遷移金属を含むゼオライトを得る、
(C)硫黄原子及び/又はリン原子またはその前駆化合物を、工程(B)からのドープされたゼオライトに塗布する、
(D)工程(C)からのゼオライトを焼成して本発明により用いられる触媒を得る。
工程(A):
工程(A)は、少なくとも一種の遷移金属またはその前駆化合物のゼオライトへの塗布を含む。
工程(B)では、工程(A)のゼオライトを焼成して、適当なら前駆化合物を少なくとも一種の遷移金属に変換し、少なくとも一種の遷移金属を含むゼオライトを得る。
工程(C)では、硫黄原子及び/又はリン原子またはその前駆化合物が、工程(B)からのドープ後のゼオライトに塗布される。
本方法の工程(D)では、工程(C)からのゼオライトを焼成して本発明で用いられる触媒を得る。
ゼオライトの脱アルミニウムまたは脱金属は、原理的には当業界の熟練者に公知である。
本明細書に記載の方法でこの酸化窒素を安価に除くことができる。
尿素と尿素誘導体が水溶液の形で好ましく用いられる。
粉末状の市販H型ゼオライトを触媒製造の出発原料として用いる。BEA10は、Zeochem社の商品PB/Hであり、MFI17は、同社の商品PZ2/25Hである。FAU40(別名:CBV780)とFER10(別名:CP914C)、BEA140(別名:CBV28014)、MFI15(別名:CBV3020E)は、Zeochem社から購入可能である。BEA140を、450℃で水素雰囲気中で4時間処理して、遷移金属とリン及び/又は硫黄原子を導入する。この過程でゼオライトの結晶性と酸性度が増加する。
このようにして得られた触媒をチューブ反応器に入れて試験する。触媒の量は、いずれの場合も0.5mlである。試験は、1.5bar(a)で、GHSV(時間当たりのガス空間速度)が8000標準lgas/lcat・hで行う。反応器に入るガスと反応器から出るガス中の窒素酸化物含量をGC分析(フレームイオン化検出器)により分析し、排除率または変換率を計算する。
Claims (13)
- 少なくとも一種の遷移金属と硫黄原子及び/又はリン原子を含むゼオライト触媒のガス中の酸化窒素の含量を低下させるための利用。
- 上記少なくとも一種の遷移金属が、元素周期律表の第4周期及び/又は8〜11族の元素からから選ばれる請求項1に記載の利用。
- 上記少なくとも一種の遷移金属が、ScとTi、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Ru、Rh、Pd、Ag、Os、Ir、Pt、Auおよびこれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれる請求項1または2に記載の利用。
- 上記少なくとも一種の遷移金属が、触媒全体に対して0.1〜10.0重量%の濃度で存在する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の利用。
- 上記硫黄及び/又はリン原子が、触媒全体に対して10重量%未満の濃度で、好ましくは3重量%未満、特に好ましくは0.2〜2.0重量%の濃度で存在する請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の利用。
- 上記ゼオライトが、BEAとFAU、FER、MFIおよびこれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれる請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の利用。
- 上記少なくとも一種の遷移金属がFe、Cu、Co及び/又はNiである請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の利用。
- 硝酸の製造での、アジピン酸の製造での、発電所排ガス用、ガスタービン用または低温範囲の自動車触媒用の請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の利用。
- ガスを請求項1〜7のいずれか一項で定義したゼオライト触媒に接触させることによりガス中の酸化窒素を低下させる方法。
- 少なくとも一種の還元剤がさらに用いられる請求項9に記載の方法。
- 400℃未満の温度で行われる請求項9または10に記載の方法。
- GHSVが200〜200000標準lgas/lcat・h、好ましくは5000〜50000標準lgas/lcat・h、特に好ましくは10000〜30000標準lgas/lcat・hである請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 上記還元剤が、窒素化合物と炭化水素、CO、SO2、H2およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれる請求項10〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
