Description
本実施形態の電力供給システムは、図1に示す構成を備えており、電力会社から商用電力を供給されている各需要家において用いられる。本システムは、分電盤1、外部電源2、接続ケーブル3、系統保護装置4、電路切替装置5を主構成として備える。

Claims (14)
- 二次電池の充電電力を交流電力に変換して出力する外部電源に接続した第1の電路と、商用電力を受電可能な負荷への電力供給路になる第2の電路との間に設けられ、
前記第1の電路を一次巻線に接続し、前記第2の電路を二次巻線に接続して、前記第1の電路と前記第2の電路とを絶縁するトランスを具備する
ことを特徴とする系統保護装置。 - 前記トランスの一次側に設けて、前記第1の電路の漏電を検知する第1の漏電検知部と、
前記トランスの二次側に設けて、前記第2の電路の漏電を検知する第2の漏電検知部と、
前記トランスの一次巻線と前記第1の漏電検知部との間の前記第1の電路を接地した第1の接地部と、
前記トランスの二次巻線と前記第2の漏電検知部との間の前記第2の電路を接地した第2の接地部と
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の系統保護装置。 - 前記第1の接地部は、抵抗素子を介して接地することを特徴とする請求項2記載の系統保護装置。
- 前記第1の電路を構成する一対の電圧線のうち一方の電圧線は、第1の前記抵抗素子の一端に接続し、他方の電圧線は、第2の前記抵抗素子の一端に接続し、前記第1の接地部は、前記第1,第2の抵抗素子の各他端を互いに接続した共通端を接地し、
前記第1の漏電検知部は、前記共通端を流れる電流に基づいて前記第1の電路の漏電を検知する
ことを特徴とする請求項3記載の系統保護装置。 - 前記第1の漏電検知部または前記第2の漏電検知部が漏電を検知した場合に、前記外部電源から前記負荷への電力供給を遮断する第1の遮断部を備えることを特徴とする請求項2乃至4いずれか記載の系統保護装置。
- 前記第1の電路の電流値が第1の閾値より大きいか否かを判定することによって過電流を検知する第1の過電流検知部と、
前記第2の電路の電流値が第2の閾値より大きいか否かを判定することによって過電流を検知する第2の過電流検知部と
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5いずれか記載の系統保護装置。 - 前記第1の過電流検知部または前記第2の過電流検知部が過電流を検知した場合に、前記外部電源から前記負荷への電力供給を遮断する第2の遮断部を備えることを特徴とする請求項6記載の系統保護装置。
- 前記第1の電路の過電圧を検知する過電圧検知部と、前記過電圧検知部が過電圧を検知した場合、前記外部電源から前記負荷への電力供給を遮断する第3の遮断部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7いずれか記載の系統保護装置。
- 前記第1の電路の電圧が過電圧である場合に、前記外部電源から前記負荷への電力供給を遮断する過電圧遮断装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7いずれか記載の系統保護装置。
- 前記第1の電路の不足電圧を検知する不足電圧検知部と、前記不足電圧検知部が不足電圧を検知した場合、前記外部電源から前記負荷への電力供給を遮断する第4の遮断部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9いずれか記載の系統保護装置。
- 前記第1の電路の電圧が不足電圧である場合に、前記外部電源から前記負荷への電力供給を遮断する不足電圧遮断装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9いずれか記載の系統保護装置。
- 請求項1乃至11いずれか記載の系統保護装置と組み合わせて用いられる電路切替装置であって、前記負荷が接続された第3の電路を、前記第2の電路と商用電力が供給される第4の電路とのいずれかに切り替えて接続することを特徴とする電路切替装置。
- 前記商用電力が供給されている場合、前記第3の電路が前記第4の電路に接続され、前記商用電力が供給されていない場合、前記第3の電路が前記第2の電路に接続されることを特徴とする請求項12記載の電路切替装置。
- 二次電池の充電電力を交流電力に変換して出力する外部電源に接続した第1の電路と商用電力を受電可能な負荷への電力供給路になる第2の電路との間に設けられ、前記第1の電路を一次巻線に接続し、前記第2の電路を二次巻線に接続して、前記第1の電路と前記第2の電路とを絶縁するトランスを具備する系統保護装置と、
前記負荷が接続された第3の電路を、前記第2の電路と商用電力が供給される第4の電路とのいずれかに切り替えて接続する電路切替装置と
を備えることを特徴とする電力供給システム。
