Abstract
【解決手段】圧電振動子は、La3Ga5SiO14結晶から構成された振動板101を備える。振動板101は、La3Ga5SiO14結晶のXZ平面からX軸を中心にθ=−2°23’〜0°39’の範囲のいずれかの角度で切り出されている。板状の振動板101の主平面に、電極102を形成し、振動板101の裏面に、電極103を形成し、各電極に所定の信号を印加することで、圧電振動子を動作させる。

Claims (2)
- La3Ga5SiO14結晶のXZ平面からX軸を中心に−2°23’〜0°39’の範囲のいずれかの角度で切り出されている振動板を少なくとも備えることを特徴とする圧電振動子。
- 請求項1記載の圧電振動子において、
前記振動板に設けられた電極と、
前記電極に接続された接続端子とを備えることを特徴とする圧電振動子。
