Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係るリードスクリューを有する電動機は、電動機本体と、前記電動機本体の出力軸に連結されて、前後方向に往復動するリードスクリューと、前記リードスクリューの端部に連結されるボール状のジョイント部材と、前記リードスクリューとボール状のジョイント部材とを結合する結合部材とを含み、前記結合部材は、前記ジョイント部材の前記結合部材が挿入結合する面を熱融着して、前記結合部材の離脱を防止するリードスクリューを有する。

Claims (7)
- 電動機本体と、
前記電動機本体の出力軸に連結されて、前後方向に往復動するリードスクリューと、
前記リードスクリューの端部に連結されるボール状のジョイント部材と、
前記リードスクリューとボール状のジョイント部材とを結合する結合部材と、を含み、
前記結合部材は、
前記ジョイント部材の前記結合部材が挿入結合する面を熱融着して、前記結合部材の離脱を防止することを特徴とする、リードスクリューを有する電動機。 - 前記リードスクリューとボール状のジョイント部材との結合位置には、前記結合部材が貫通する第1及び第2締結孔が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリードスクリューを有する電動機。
- 前記第2締結孔は、
前記ジョイント部材の熱融着時に閉鎖されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のリードスクリューを有する電動機。 - 前記結合部材は、
前記リードスクリューの径より大きく、前記ジョイント部材の径よりは小さい長さを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリードスクリューを有する電動機。 - 前記結合部材は、
チューブ状の弾性ピンで設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリードスクリューを有する電動機。 - 前記結合部材は、
金属材質で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のリードスクリューを有する電動機。 - 前記リードスクリューは、
前記電動機本体の出力軸にねじ結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリードスクリューを有する電動機。
