Abstract
Description
Claims (26)
- バランスドアーマチャトランスデューサ組付体を形成する方法であって、
ドライブピンを形成するフィードワイヤを、リードのワイヤ接触点上に位置特定することと、
前記フィードワイヤの第1端を前記リードに溶接することと、
前記フィードワイヤを切断して前記ドライブピンを形成することと、
前記ドライブピンをパドルに固定することと
を含む方法。 - 前記フィードワイヤの第1端は、第1レーザによるレーザ溶接動作により前記リードに溶接される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記フィードワイヤは、前記リードに対して圧縮されて前記フィードワイヤに曲がり部分を形成する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ワイヤ接触点は、前記リードの第1表面上に存在し、
前記第1レーザは、前記ワイヤ接触点に対向する前記リードの第2表面に向けられる、請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記第1レーザは、前記リードの一部を溶融して溶融リード材料を形成し、
前記フィードワイヤは前記溶融リード材料を通って押され、ひとたび前記溶融リード材料が凝固すると、前記フィードワイヤと前記リードの間に溶接部が形成される、請求項4に記載の方法。 - 前記フィードワイヤを切断してドライブピンを形成するステップは、前記フィードワイヤを第2レーザにより切断することを含み、
前記第2レーザは前記ドライブピンに球根端を形成する、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記ドライブピンにパドルを固定することは、前記ドライブピンの前記球根端を接着剤によって前記パドルに接着することを含み、
前記接着剤は、前記球根端を受け入れるソケットを形成する、請求項6に記載の方法。 - バランスドアーマチャトランスデューサ組付体を形成する方法であって、
ドライブピンを形成するフィードワイヤをリードにおいて、前記リードを前記フィードワイヤに接触させることによって位置特定することと、
前記フィードワイヤの第1端を第1レーザにより前記リードにレーザ溶接することと、
第2レーザにより前記フィードワイヤをレーザ切断してドライブピンを形成することと、
前記ドライブピンをパドルに接着することと
を含む方法。 - 前記フィードワイヤは、前記リードに対して圧縮されて前記フィードワイヤに曲がり部分を形成する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記フィードワイヤは、前記リードの第1リード表面に接触し、
前記第1レーザは、前記第1リード表面に対向する第2リード表面に向けられる、請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記第1レーザは、前記リードの一部を溶融して溶融リード材料を形成し、
前記フィードワイヤは前記溶融リード材料を通って進行し、前記溶融リード材料が凝固すると、前記フィードワイヤと前記リードの間に溶接部が形成される、請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記第2レーザは、前記ドライブピンに球根端部分を形成する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記ドライブピンの前記球根端部分は、接着剤によって前記パドルに接着され、
前記接着剤は、前記球根端部分まわりにソケットを形成する、請求項12に記載の方法。 - バランスドアーマチャトランスデューサであって、
金属リードを有するアーマチャと、
振動して音声を生成するべく構成されるパドルと、
レーザ溶接によって前記リードに固定された第1端及び前記パドルに固定された第2端を有するドライブピンと
を含み、
前記ドライブピンの第1端は前記リードの中を通り、前記ドライブピンの第2端は前記パドルに接着されるトランスデューサ。 - 前記リードは第1表面及び第2表面を有し、
前記ドライブピンは、前記第1表面を通って突き抜ける、請求項14に記載のトランスデューサ。 - 前記ドライブピンは前記第2表面を突き抜けない、請求項14に記載のトランスデューサ。
- 前記ドライブピンの第2端は球根端部分を有する、請求項14に記載のトランスデューサ。
- 前記球根端部分は、前記ドライブピンの第2端をレーザ切断することによって形成される、請求項14に記載のトランスデューサ。
- 前記球根端部分は前記パドルに接着剤で接着され、
前記接着剤は、前記球根端部分に接続されるソケットを形成する、請求項17に記載のトランスデューサ。 - 前記ドライブピンの第2端の直径は、前記ドライブピンの平均直径よりも大きい、請求項14に記載のトランスデューサ。
- バランスドアーマチャトランスデューサであって、
リードを有するアーマチャと、
振動して音声を生成するべく構成されるパドルと、
第1端及び第2球根端を有するドライブピンと、
前記ドライブピンの第1端と前記リードを接続する溶接部と
を含み、
前記リードは、対向する第1及び第2表面を有する本体を有し、前記第1端は前記本体及び前記第1表面を貫通し、前記第2球根端は前記パドルに固着されるトランスデューサ。 - 前記ドライブピンの第2球根端の直径は、前記ドライブピンの中間部分よりも大きい、請求項21に記載のトランスデューサ。
- 接着剤が前記ドライブピンの第2球根端を前記パドルに固着し、
前記接着剤は、前記第2球根端を受け入れるソケットをさらに含む、請求項21に記載のトランスデューサ。 - ドライブピンをバランスドアーマチャトランスデューサのリードに形成する方法であって、
フィードワイヤをリードのワイヤ接触点に接触させて配置することと、
前記リードに熱源を向けて前記ワイヤ接触点に近接する前記リードの一部を液化することと、
前記フィードワイヤを前記リードの前記溶融材料の中に進行させることと、
前記リードの液化された前記一部を凝固させて前記リードと前記フィードワイヤの間に溶接部を形成することと
を含む方法。 - 前記フィードワイヤを切断して、切断端を有するドライブピンを形成することをさらに含む、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記ドライブピンの前記切断端をパドルに接着して、前記リードと前記パドルの間の前記ドライブピンを介した接続部を形成することをさらに含む、請求項25に記載の方法。
