Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 水溶液を用いてタンパク質フラグメントを毛髪試料から溶出する工程と、
タンパク質指標試薬を前記水溶液に添加して視覚的指標を提供する工程であって、前記視覚的指標は、溶出タンパク質フラグメントの既知の量に対応する工程と、
前記視覚的指標をスケールと比較して前記水溶液に存在する溶出タンパク質フラグメントの量を決定する工程と
を含む、毛髪損傷を示す方法。 - 前記水溶液が、本質的に水からなる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記スケールが、一連の基準的溶出タンパク質フラグメント試料を備え、前記一連の基準的試料が、既知の低濃度から既知の高濃度までの範囲の溶出タンパク質フラグメントの試料を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記スケールがカラーチャートを備え、前記カラーチャートが複数の色を含み、1つの色が、溶出タンパク質フラグメントの定性的量、定量的量、又は両方に対応する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 1つの色が、毛髪処理に関連付けられたタンパク質フラグメント溶出の量に対応する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記水溶液が、約15℃〜約35℃の範囲の温度の水である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記水溶液を攪拌する工程を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記タンパク質指標試薬が診断用試験片に提供され、前記診断用試験片が、前記溶液中に溶出したタンパク質の量に対応する視覚的指標をもたらす、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記タンパク質指標試薬がビシンコニン酸を含み、好ましくは、前記指標試薬がフェノール中のリンタングステン酸とリンモリブデン酸との混合物を含み、更により好ましくは、前記タンパク質指標試薬がクマシー染料を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 毛髪試料を水溶液と接触させて前記毛髪試料からタンパク質フラグメントを溶出することによって、前記タンパク質フラグメントが溶出され、前記水溶液が、前記毛髪試料の化学結合を破壊又は還元するように作用するケラチンタンパク質用溶媒を含有しない、請求項1に記載の方法。
