Claims (11)
- 接触状態において少なくとも一つのケーブル導体(300)を受け入れる装置であって、
サポート上に配置され、少なくとも一つのケーブル導体を受け入れるために方向付けされた少なくとも二つの絶縁ピアスコンタクト(101,102)と、
少なくとも一つのケーブル導体(300)を受け入れると共に案内し、少なくとも一つのケーブル導体(300)を絶縁ピアスコンタクト(101,102)に接触させるために使用されるフード要素(200,200’)と、を備え、
サポート(50)上には第1の係止要素(111,112)が配設され、
第1の係止要素はフード要素(200,200’)上に配置された第2の係止要素(233,234)と相互作用し、フード要素の係止要素を第1の係止要素(111,112)で係止し、同時に少なくとも一つのケーブル導体(300)と絶縁ピアスコンタクト(101,102)とを電気的に接触させることによって、フード要素(200,200’)をサポート上に接続する装置において、
ケーブル導体(300)が、フード要素(200,200’)内に直接的に挿入され、かつ、位置決めされることを特徴とする装置。 - サポート(50)上に配置された第1の係止要素(111,112)が、整列して交互に配置された絶縁ピアスコンタクト(101,102)に対して90゜の角度によって実質的にオフセットされ、共通の基板(100)に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 共通の基板(100)、絶縁ピアスコンタクト(101,102)及び第1の係止要素(111,112)が、一つのスタンプされた部品の部分であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 基板(100)は、はんだ接合によってプリント回路基板(50)に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の装置。
- フード要素(200,200’)は、少なくとも一つのケーブル導体(300)を受け入れると共に案内する二つの整列された孔(210)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- フード要素(200,200’)が係止孔(233,234)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- フード要素(200,200’)は、その上面が平坦であり、自動化部品の配置のために使用される吸い込みピペットを受け入れる領域(205)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- フード要素(200,200’)は、アライメントを特徴づける形状、特に、三つの側で方向付けするベベルを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- フード要素(200’)にケーブルストップ(260)が設けられ、ケーブルストップ(260)は、ケーブル端部を保護し、絶縁し、端部カバーを形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- ケーブルストップ(260)は、フード要素(200’)に一体的に接続していることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- フード要素(200,200’)がプラスチックで構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の装置。
