Abstract
Description
取り付けリムに接触するようになった2つのビードを有し、
ビードの半径方向外方の延長部として2つのサイドウォールを有し、
2つの軸方向端相互間に軸方向に延びるクラウン補強材を有するクラウンを有し、クラウンの上にはトレッドが載っており、2つのサイドウォールは、クラウンに合体し、
2つのビード内に繋留された状態でサイドウォールを通ってクラウンまで延びるカーカス補強材を有し、
クラウンは、カーカス補強材の半径方向内側に、高い老化防止剤含有量を有するゴムコンパウンドで作られた少なくとも1つのリザーバ層を有し、少なくとも1つのリザーバ層は、クラウン補強材の各軸方向端と半径方向に重なり合っており、
少なくとも1つのリザーバ層は、5phr以上であるが10phrを超えない老化防止剤含有量を有し、
少なくとも1つのリザーバ層は、酸素吸収剤を更に有することを特徴とするタイヤによって達成される。

Claims (9)
- タイヤ(10)であって、
取り付けリムに接触するようになった2つのビード(50)を有し、
前記ビードの半径方向外方の延長部として2つのサイドウォール(40)を有し、
2つの軸方向端(85,86)相互間に軸方向に延びるクラウン補強材(80,90)を有するクラウンを有し、前記クラウンの上にはトレッド(30)が載っており、前記2つのサイドウォールは、前記クラウンに合体し、
前記2つのビード内に繋留された状態で前記サイドウォールを通って前記クラウンまで延びるカーカス補強材(60)を有し、
前記クラウンは、前記カーカス補強材の半径方向内側に、高い老化防止剤含有量を有するゴムコンパウンドで作られた少なくとも1つのリザーバ層(200)を有し、前記少なくとも1つのリザーバ層は、前記クラウン補強材の各軸方向端と半径方向に重なり合っており、
前記少なくとも1つのリザーバ層は、5phr以上であるが10phrを超えない老化防止剤含有量を有し、
前記少なくとも1つのリザーバ層は、酸素吸収剤を更に有する、タイヤ。 - 前記少なくとも1つのリザーバ層(200)の前記老化防止剤は、主として、N‐1,3‐ジメチルブチル‐N′‐フェニル‐p‐フェニレンジアミン(6‐PPD)、N‐イソプロピル‐N′‐フェニル‐p‐フェニレンジアミン(I‐PPD)及びこれらコンパウンドの混合物から成る群から選択されたコンパウンドから成る、請求項1記載のタイヤ。
- 前記リザーバ層(200)の平均半径方向厚さDAVは、0.6mm以上である、請求項1又は2記載のタイヤ。
- 前記リザーバ層(200)の最大半径方向厚さDMAXは、5mm以下である、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのリザーバ層(200)の軸方向幅WAは、20mm以上である、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのリザーバ層(200)は、前記クラウン補強材の一方の軸方向端から前記クラウン補強材の他方の軸方向端まで軸方向に延びている、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記タイヤは、少なくとも2つのリザーバ層を有し、前記リザーバ層(200)のうちの少なくとも一方は、前記タイヤの中間平面の各側に配置されている、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記少なくとも2つのリザーバ層(200)の各々の軸方向幅WAは、60mm以下である、請求項7記載のタイヤ。
- 前記少なくとも2つのリザーバ層(200)の各々は、前記クラウン補強材の軸方向端の各側で少なくとも15mmにわたって軸方向に延びている、請求項7又は8記載のタイヤ。
