Abstract

Claims (4)
- データの変更可能な石版印刷装置内で、照射式図柄付けサブシステムが湿し水の層の一部選択的に気化させる位置に近接した湿し水の層の表面の上部の領域内の環境条件を制御するシステムであって、
前記湿し水の層の表面の上方で、前記照射式図柄付けサブシステムが前記湿し水の層の一部を選択的に気化させる前記位置に近接して配置されたエンクロージャと、
前記エンクロージャ内でガス流を制御可能に発生させるために前記エンクロージャに接続し、前記照射式図柄付けサブシステムが、前記湿し水の層の一部を選択的に気化させる前記位置に近接するガス流制御サブシステムと、を含み、
前記エンクロージャは、前記照射式図柄付けサブシステムからの出力エネルギをそこから放出し、それにより前記湿し水の層の上に入射するよう構成され、
前記エンクロージャは、所望の位置で前記エンクロージャから前記ガス流を放出するようさらに構成され、
これにより、前記ガス流が、前記照射式図柄付けサブシステムが前記湿し水の層の一部を選択的に気化させる前記位置に近接した領域から気化した湿し水を逃がすことができる、システム。 - 前記ガス流制御サブシステムが、前記照射式図柄付けサブシステムが前記湿し水の層の一部を選択的に気化させる前記位置に近接したガスの湿度を制御する湿度制御サブシステムを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記湿度制御サブシステムが、
吸気口及び排出口を含むポンプであって、前記吸気口は通気可能に前記エンクロージャに接続するポンプと、
前記ポンプからのガスが、前記照射式図柄付けサブシステムが前記湿し水の層の一部を選択的に気化させる前記位置を通過する前にデシケータ材料の中を通過するように、ガス流の一次経路内の前記ポンプと前記エンクロージャとの間に設置されるデシケータ材料と、を含む請求項2に記載のシステム。 - 前記ガスは、前記データの変更可能な石版印刷システムの周囲の大気環境から引き込まれる空気である、請求項3に記載のシステム。
